First, it's to promote the game itself, and a corporation purchases it, and it's the owners of the teams purchasing this to create the illusion that spending large amounts of money to see the game is worthwhile. Second, it's a conduit to display wealth when negotiating deals, so executives have their corporations to purchase these in order to woo clients. Nobody in these cares about actually seeing the game.

The problem with holding a Superbowl in Las Vegas is the tickets pricing out ordinary fans and only celebrities watching the game who fake an interest which could result in the Superbowl being soulless.
To put in to perspective how expensive the top seat are each minute you are in private suite it cost 10.5k and for the lowest seats its cost around 250 dollars a minute you are at the game which is 4 hours
