We (drone pilots) hear all the time about how "risky" and "dangerous" drones are... Show those people this video! You've got more chance of an old person walking in front of your car than having an accident with a DJI drone!! Great drone, DJI. Still really happy with my mavic pro :D
For farmers I miss 2 extremely important points: Automatically fly away, do programmed work and then land, without pilot. Landing station, where the drone lands and automatically recharges until the next programmed work is waiting. Then e.g. wineries could adjust all this once and afterwards the drones fly off e.g. every day at 8 o'clock and water the fields. There is no need to hire an extra pilot.
Because you're basically allowed to do whatever you want on your property. But as soon as you fly over public or foreign fields, people or plots you need a pilot and sometimes a license. But this does not apply to your own property.
@@SWiEde idk where you come from but i live in germany and have a drone license and the rule is you have to have the drone in sight Everytime. On other property and also on your own. And in some countries, where i went for vacation, for example spain, you also have to see the drone all the time...
I live in Germany too and you need a little sign with name and address on the drone when you fly. If you're a normal person, you need to have the drone all the time in eye range, that's right. But if you use the drone only for commercial and the drone doesn't leave your property, it's totally okay. You can also let a telsa, for example, drive on your own property alone but if you want to access a public street, you need to have the hands on the steel all the time.
FYI the people who have the brain to read 3 page of basic info were already building multi craft control setups for many years. All free software too. And far lower cost of production. If 10 medium size farmers with actual brains got together and invested a few thousand dollars each, there would have been far cheaper, far more robust agruculture drone solutions over 8 years ago. People... i dont get it. Anything to seek comfyness over dilligent progress
As a Farmer I think these are great. It us just gettering perfected and then they will make these a whole lot larger to cover large acreage. No pilot at risk like crop dusters who have very dangerous jobs and are vital to agriculture. It will be a very precise application which will protect the public and other crops. Being able to program it to spray small weed patches in a grid will be great also!
Unbelievable. My jaw literally dropped when I saw the new function where one pilot can fly multiple drones at once. DJI always has the latest and greatest
dji products are excellent in quality, that experience I have gained through p3 and p4 dronesonce I also tried to do same with p3but today I am very happy you have done better one to the world farmers.thank you ,great job, good luck
Well a john deer sprayer is close to half a million and these are probably like 15k im guessing, so saving lots of money going this way... but is it more is it faster and more efficient?
Amazing Features, I certainly like the feature - 5 drone control using a single remote 🤘🏻. But wait... You haven’t mentioned about the Payload capacity and Flight time..!
Have you recently priced what a crop dusting aircraft costs to purchase - or rent? I would imagine any farmer would consider contracting this service out - just means any drone pilot could go into the crop dusting business without a pilot's license, without buying a VERY expensive aircraft (w/0 hovering capacity), and without jeopardizing their life while piloting the aircraft.
Kory Nelson idk about your country rules but here in sweden we need lincense for this one bc its over 7kg but it is still worth taking the license if you gonna make money with this type of jobs :) im planing on doing that but i cant find this drone on the market yet ( here in sweden)
Very interesting product with wind system (like Hardi Twinforce or Danfoil Airboss), but I think that spraying hight needs to be lower for better spraying efficiency. And also you need to develop docking system to refill and charge or change the battery in order to be used on bigger farms.
One day it will become affordable for many right... and farmer's job will be lot easier...When I was a kid, that how I see robots/machines...making our life easier...
Hopefully this helps my family to get rid of stress chasing for manual power. Would like to get more info on this product. And thanks @dji for all your amazing and best products on planet .
I lost my job of 9.5 years because I sprayed Roundup out the truck window. Iv got my drone licence, if only I had one of these. I wonder if you can spot spray with it?
One of the greatest concerns for farmers and one of the greatest liabilities is pesticide drift. A conventional pesticide spray rig often hits the tips of plants during a spray or applies the chemicals near the roots. That's not to say it wouldn't work because planes are still used, but those days seem numbered. Nevertheless, a remarkable idea. Wonder if they'd drag a lawn mower.
Samli drones can be used for agriculture spraying, but they are not the best option for this application. Samli drones are typically small and lightweight, which means that they can only carry a small amount of payload. This limits the amount of pesticide that they can carry, which can reduce their effectiveness
Wow , it blows my mind that you can control multiple drones with one person. Where I live surrounded by farmland there is always crop dusters flying, is it possible these could be replaced in the future with drones
Tractors are pretty inefficient with their spraying. Also, tractors move slowly (10km/h) while these go at 7m/s or almost 30km/h. Also, tractors have HUGE turning radiuses and take a long time to fill up. This is for precision agriculture, most tractors arent.
@@rochenwolf6113when spraying is faster than 10 km / h, only on the edge noticed. However, the following should be noted. A tractor transports 90% water in the sprayer, whereby the drone works with a concentrate and thus is more effective. Furthermore, a tractor causes soil compaction and lowers standing crops, which is not the case with a drone. In addition, a tractor should be used with caution, because after rain a tractor can sink into the field, which is not the case with a drone.
@@rochenwolf6113 It depends on how you compare it. Whether it's speed or costs, I personally don't think that one drone can beat a traditional tractor, but a fleet of drones could. I mean, tractor spray covers 42 meters at a time, while the drone does only 5 meters.
Can you guys at DJI just make a robust Fixed-Wing akin to your m200 series for commercial purposes? There are numerous applications that a fixed-wing dramatically enhances efficiencies compared to a multirotor but no company offers a turn-key solution.
if i put cold water in there, spray it at myself, it would cool me down alot in the summer, especialy with the propellers blowing air at me thats make it better. they should have these at waterparks when u wait in line. its hot in australia i have dreams
What they don't tell you in this video is the flight time before it needs to land and recharge / change batteries. According to the specsheet on DJI's website, a fully equipped MG-1P (with 10 liters of liquid, batteries, radar etc.) weighing close to 24 kg will HOVER for 9 minutes. So I can only imagine that operating time will be closer to 6 minutes pr charge. That's insanely low and I really don't see how it will be able to cover "6 HA pr. hour" with roughly 6 minutes of flight pr charge.
Love these farmer drones. The technology has moved so far in the last few years
i dont have a farm, but, i want one!
Drones bathroom? Originally 😂🙋😉
i can use it for clean my car
@@yxx-bi1ew house, garden and all all all 😇
seeing this drone in person is HUGE!
JogBird i have a farm but I don’t have a drone🤓

Sounds good, but there is a need of Pilots.
In the most countries you arent allowed to fly without someone who has eye contact to the drone...
Almost everywhere it is permitted to fly without a pilot, as long as the drone stays on your property and does not fly in public space.
Because you're basically allowed to do whatever you want on your property. But as soon as you fly over public or foreign fields, people or plots you need a pilot and sometimes a license. But this does not apply to your own property.

No one can beat DJI with Ultimately case
Pabitra Pradhan Tell that to Shotover DJI fanboy!
I’m a impressed !!!!! I’m going down to Walmart and picking one up today !!!
One farmer can control up to 5 at a Time but it takes 5 farmers to be able to afford 1 aircraft.
Nice try dji😌
Mini MaxD ever checked the price of a farm tractor?
The tractor does more than just spray the field
Well a john deer sprayer is close to half a million and these are probably like 15k im guessing, so saving lots of money going this way... but is it more is it faster and more efficient?
and not damaging fields
Lol do you know how much the massive factory farms spend
Các mẫu máy bay phun thuốc trừ sâu như này ứng dụng tại Việt Nam thì rất hiệu quả. Bạn đã phân phối mẫu này tại Việt Nam chưa?
I live in a farm community and I just know that help so much!
I think ...It is useful for rich farmers
Wow! Amazing 😍😍👍👍
What's needed is a solar powered, ground based machine that has multiple mechanical hoes on robotic arms to precisely weed fields without chemicals.
Awesome Drone for farmers>>>sweet innovation
Really nice product, we provide the service of UAV crop spraying in Ecuador since 2016.
Very Convenient for Farmers.
Now we are talking about some serious tech, well done, it's truly incredible
Excellent 👌👌👌👍🔝🛴

This is innovative, just think in a few years how far technology will come, and using drones for crop spraying would be a normally thing for farmers
Cos spraying chemicals is a great idea. Well done DJI.
For only $59,999 it can be yours
Correct
not buying it to much money there just tryong to get us to get one to wast our money
For only $59,998 I can be yours

Coolest video I've seen in a while
Send me one to test on my farms! Looks interesting, but wonder how large the liquid tank is? Cool stuff!
10 kg
It is use for grapes spraying??
this video wants me to become a farmer!!!
Love it, but how about price?

Is the drone only for spraying or can u also map out farms and gain information about the crops through a thermal camera?
amazing for use with technology. very helpful

Nice Drone💕
Really cool tech but I dont think that tank is even nearly large enough to be convinient compared to those large tanks that tracktors can carry.

Ok... so how does it hold water?????
but in my land the insects are under the leaf
Good job team
Vico Sotto brought me here
I like it drone
isnt it better to make it as big as possible when it deals with larger open areas
Have you heard of combined harvesting?
This is awesome project DJI, I looking 10 Drones

How can farmers be tought to use such complex machine?
Looks like it needs to be substantially Bigger. It will take like a month to spay one field with that tiny thing.
5 drones controlled at the same time by one operator.. Owwwww !!
how does the multi platform flight system work? Is this an update in software or hardware?
1:18 on the display the drone is moving super fast but in reality it isn't moving (see blurry background).
Does it record in 4k
Same tech used here in the philippines to disinfect the corona virus on the streets
I am a big fan of you DJI please send any product of Dji to me please I am seeing your all video's
Please send any product please please
How much solution can it hold..?
How about capacity of water? Does it need to come back very often?
I would buy this just to spray water at my enemies 😂
رائع 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
How long does the battery last?
How much kilogramm can it carry?
I have a farm and i need it.....😍😍😍😍
Give me the old fashion sprinkler system
if i put cold water in there, spray it at myself, it would cool me down alot in the summer, especialy with the propellers blowing air at me thats make it better.
they should have these at waterparks when u wait in line.
its hot in australia i have dreams
What kind of fuel uses?
That thing is awesome
Dope design
What is the battery life and how many liters is the spraying tank
Christopher Kennedy 10 litres the battery life is 30minutes but the battery is more expensive to give another
BlackMambaTV 6ha/hour

DJI HOLY SHIT. Active the sky net already!!!! Haha
How to purchase this drone . Please tell me
But can it do a power loop or split-s?
Well done DJI!!!
But how much drug can it carry?
Omg! Where can I buy that one?
Amazing 😉
Amazing
living in yorkshire i can tell you one thing about farmers.. they love work! replacing that would kill them
Now all we need is a fully autonomous fleet of drones.
Wow nice 🌹😍
I put beer in it....
LOL
Sir how much it costs
