Does the US have some sort of fast approval system for FlyCart Flights for BVLOS - Beyond Visual Line of Sight and Load carrying flights ? I don't understand why DJI introduced a drone that can reach 28km Max Flight Distance Without Payload if the current regulations in the EU and most Non-EU countries do not authorize BVLOS and EVLOS and require Operational Authorisation by Aviation Authorities, based on a risk assessment and flight plans.
@@Summitic The max distance is a measure of total distance flown, not distance away from the control station. As an agricultural product you would use this to apply fertilizer/pesticide/herbicide to fields. In which case your boom width might only cover 20ft of width, so you would need to fly back and forth multiple passes over the same field to cover it. If the field is 1/5th mile long and it takes you 40 passes to cover it, that would be 8 miles of "flight distance"

That's because they absolutely would. The props are carbon fiber and the motors are 4kW apiece. That's basically equivalent to the average lawnmower engine. And there's 8 of them.
Speaking of positive uses of this: They could use this drone for emergency battlefield evac. Due to the widespread use of anti-air weapons, you can't use helicopters for this in Ukraine, which means evac either doesn't happen or is done with vulnerable APCs that can get stuck in minefields (or just the mud), disable by artillery and RPGs. Then again, this thing is so large that it would have a huge radar signature and probably be instantly targeted by AA guns, so it's likely not that great of an idea.
Amazing video! 5:25 - I'm really liking how Chinese at using these to construct solar farms on hills since it can easily carry a full-size solar panel up a hill. It can position the solar panel exactly on spot too, not just bulk carrying so that must save on tons of labor. 7:05 - don't need that huge battery to start up an internal combustion engine car. A small 3s 2000mAh LIPO (or smaller) can do that because LIPO has big amps for its small size. Been there done that.
Well, I laughed (at the end). This is seriously cool drone tech. Thanks for showcasing it on your channel because otherwise I would have never looked for it.
Thanks for the fantastic video! On my channel are the only VTOL ion propelled drones that carry their power supplies against gravity! While they don't lift a lot of weight, they fly almost silently and can fly without any moving mechanical parts! They are designed to prospectively work in space someday as well with a few modifications. Currently the steering and stabilization systems are still being developed.
They did testing at Everest to do clean up work. It only takes a bit of garbage at a time but there is no reason they couldnt have a massive swarm of them to get the job done faster.

Because they probably would lol not an irrational fear. Even a Phantom 4/Phantom 3 will mess you up. This thing is massive
That's because they absolutely would. The props are carbon fiber and the motors are 4kW apiece. That's basically equivalent to the average lawnmower engine. And there's 8 of them.
What a positive interaction. It’s refreshing after all the combat drone footage that’s around these days
Do you need an actual pilot license or do you only need a Part 107?
Well, I laughed (at the end).
This is seriously cool drone tech. Thanks for showcasing it on your channel because otherwise I would have never looked for it.
13:40 it's super interesting to hear about the farming side of drones because you don't see any of that in the UK at the moment!
Spraying fields actually sounds chill af
Way chiller than cine-shots in a city lol

Such a cool dude. Great sense of humor and very informative.
Wow, I just watched a video that was almost 20 minutes long, but it felt like only 5 minutes! I want to watch more. Thanks Patata. =)
Little did you know what was gonna happen in New Jersey?Lol
Thanks for the fantastic video!
On my channel are the only VTOL ion propelled drones that carry their power supplies against gravity! While they don't lift a lot of weight, they fly almost silently and can fly without any moving mechanical parts! They are designed to prospectively work in space someday as well with a few modifications. Currently the steering and stabilization systems are still being developed.
Chinese innovation is amazing 💯
Is this what's flying over New Jersey??
this thing is so outrageous, esp flying in the rain.
They did testing at Everest to do clean up work. It only takes a bit of garbage at a time but there is no reason they couldnt have a massive swarm of them to get the job done faster.
DJI is in their own league. No one else even comes close.
Shenzhen is such a great city. Hope you stayed a little longer to take in more than just DJI. If so what did you enjoy the most. I was there at the beginning of Covid January 2020, and didn’t get much opportunity. But I hope to get back there very soon.
Cool video potato Jet, can the Zenmuse H30 Worry-Free Plus Combo on a Matrice 350 RTK detect land temperature?
Imagine looking at the sky and you suddenly see a drone with a dangling couch underneath 🤣
No way, you actually got to fly it! When i saw this drone released, I instantly thought, man Potato Jet needs to check this out.
i'm too poor to get into the hobby with more than one drone but still enjoy watching my dream drones
LOL get a better job, voila
@@silbay Because it's that easy...
I know you do alot with FPV drones. Just wondering if it would be possible to do a video on building a beginner/intermediate/advanced level fpv drones?
DJI is a respectable company
Here are your fifty cents.
Guessing they could create some high-lift props and a program to utilize the extra lift more effectively for specific situations.
jett how about make a tripod for travel next
I'm really hoping they are making an auto level tripod for traveling. Which easily fits on the side of most bags and isn't too heavy
14:14 I was already thinking about getting a Pelican to put a gimbal and lighting and stuff in when traveling and this is making me want one even more
yees
I think DJ I is the best room company in the world❤
yes
Wow 😮
Are you a drone engineer?
@@AizaAbedin-oe4pf Yes I am a technician ,this is my channel
Love this!!!! I love drones!!! And I love everything DJI!!!❤❤❤
@8:03 That transition was fantastic and subtle. Great video!
Нормальний такий русоріз . Ядерну боєголовку потягне ?
Big ass drone. The applications of this drone almost limitless.
Great video.
Yep.. Ukraine and russian be like👀
Can’t wait to use this on my next wedding video 😅
I found the drones!!
Are these the ones in NJ?
The drones are flying all over the United States flying over Navy army military bases nuclear plants.
Looks like we found our drones in New Jersey.
Thank you for another awesome video - and what tripod is that? That is wicked-cool with the leg-release!
That's the size of an SUV.
It was very interesting. thanks. After Agras, hope will get Flykart soon.
I bet DJI already working on automatic landing station with automated battery charge and change.
Big support Gene, always feels good to restart my brain with your videos mate, top notch as always
Am I the only one wondering how it would be if you just taped yourself below that drone and started flying?
12:52 isn’t ground effect there to do sm at least?
First time I’ve heard “a small village with 30’000 people”.
It’s China any city with a population under 5 000 000 is considered small town.
I just love when everyone geeks out from having so much fun!
Hope Trump doesn't go through with the DJI ban. Would be absolutely devastating for these people.
