Well, I believe that IELTS speaking is about your speaking skills as well as confidence and he was good at confidence and even expressing...he deserves more however, examiner is good😁😁😁😁
There was a korean girl with 5.5 in this channel, also recorded. I’ve recently watched her and then i found this with 5.0. That girl literally answered part 1 questions with 5-10 words, without elaborating them. Hell, this guy was giving more complex answers than she did. 5.0 is not for him!!!!

He understood the meaning of all questions and spoke a proper answers although there were frequent pausing and some unnatural pronounciations to hear. So I don't understand why he got that score.
Imagine if the examiner says.."that's bad... poor..that's not right ..that's not good?" Would you still be encouraged to talk and try your best? I think not. I think I wouldn't be able to continue the test. I'd walk out and go home :D . I think he's just being polite.
Examiner is very encouraging and he tries to provide a stress free atmosphere so that student is relaxed and not nervous. This is very important to the examinee but he’s quite a hard marker I can tell. 😅
I like the examiner,he looks friendly and ask questions clearly .He always say very good after you speak , I like it.it makes you feel good that way,unlike the exminer who test my speaking .She looks scary and very serious.I just have finished Ielts exams.

If ILETS organisations provide me this kind of examiner in my speaking module, then i will go there often without feeling any exams stress
I believe firstly he should learn grammar but examiner was really supportive ☺ I would give him band score 5.5
So the suggestion is that the candidate can slow down a bit and use proper grammar. Point noted.
