Would systemic estrogen work as well as topical estrogen for the skin?
I also consider the sun as our happy place! The main problem is the mineral sunscreens leave a white film over the skin.

Where can I get topical Estrodiol & what dose or mg…..for my face. I have some Estriol 2.5 mg bio-identical cream for my face & on forearms…..is this good enough for face ? I heard Estriol is worthless cuz not strong enough…….your advice please of what to do?
