- We leave Ft. Lauderdale and head down the Keys with stops at Biscayne Bay and Tavernier Key.
In this UA-cam video, the crew spends three days anchored in the Florida Keys. They emphasize the importance of having a chef on board and discuss their plans, including running errands and refueling. The crew enjoys meals prepared by their onboard chef, who demonstrates how to make a delicious dish using coconut milk and corn, along with freshly caught fish. They reset the anchor after it initially failed to grab, and everyone eagerly waits for the food to cook while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The chef finds cooking on the boat to be easy and enjoyable.
I have to tell you this might be my favorite video from you two. I just loved feeling like I was just hanging out with you guys on your boat on just a normal day, eating, cooking, chatting. And me without my martini.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Killdozer would be proud of that quote.
My hero
Coconut fish looked great. I'll be right over.
😁👍
Good eating! Here's to your continued safe journey and videos.
Thank you!
That looked nice, I could have eaten that myself.
LYNN LOOKING GOOD,GREAT JOB.🥰🤩👍👍

Very enjoyable video. Enjoyed watching Lynn prepare dinner. Really nice selection of background music., especially the first two pieces. Thanks for sharing your high sea adventures.
Glad you enjoyed it
The cooking video is very good tips for a cruise really well done 👍
giving advice can go soooo wrong, then you end up being the cause of what ever issue you advised on. great update 2x👍
Always interesting. This week, a cooking show! Can’t wait for next week.
Thanks!
missouri checking in straight to the kitchen - chef ramsey in me ready to cook - thank you for new ideas - cheers
You are welcome. Cheers!
A nice, chill and relaxing episode, with only one, tiny Roger Out at 1:26
The coconut corn dish looks very interesting...may have to give it a try! I've found the Trader Joe's canned corn to be really good compared to most canned corn - tender and sweet, for those with access to a Trader Joe's.
Roger-Out!!
Lyn can make something good out of anything!
George Bernard Shaw 'The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable man persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.’

So good
LUV IT..
A couple of days ago I threw in a pizza. Fell asleep. Charcoal black when I woke up. Word.
Don't you love that new mantus anchor? After it sets, it holds like glue.
Yes, we love it!
Well you finally proved what I've been thinking and everyone has been telling me.. I'm an unreasonable man.. simply because I adapt overcome and move on..( get the hell away).
Thank you 😊 💓
Glad I could help!
Nice Lynn I enjoyed the cooking lesson😁🛫
Glad you enjoyed it
A little concerned seeing Ed on the scooter but I guess he was sober.
Ed as for giving advice, I would at least listen to what you have to say. I mean look at this way you are a successful man and woman! Yall are living life on you're owen terms! Seems like you and Lynn get along ( LOL) for the most part. Lynn when's the cook book coming out? Live the video's thanks and stay safe!
Lyn should do a boating cook book!
Did you see my Brother Scott and his wife while anchored out? He's on a 48 Leopard called the "Double Floater" they are on the hook just West of Omi Trumbo and the Fleming Key Cut...
Don’t back down with to much power. Over power will break a Mantus / Rockna out. I hardly ever back down with power. Once anchor hits bottom I reverse, gun it and stop while continuing to feed out chain. Three different boats, and 45. 65 and now an 85 Mantus over 10 years and never dragged.
We usually just put it in idle reverse for a few seconds, then back to neutral.
OK.. I'm hungry!!
😋
12:16 Just a little flash of the booty while fishing, lol
Y'all caramelized the natural sugars in the corn, nice trick. May I suggest marinading your fish filets in whole milk, or butter milk for 24 hours, it removes any overpowering fishy taste. and then do whatever your recipe is your making. Bon appetit.
I have done that before. Thanks!
Hey guys, loving your vodeos..
Have you done a run through of you navigation electronics? If not could you please, this week it seemed like yiu had a pair of bright tablets?
We did a video about 3 years ago.
Ed were you able to get your steering problem permanently corrected? You never did say. I grew up in Ft Lauderdale. I bought gas where you did for my 16 ft runabout a LONG time ago.
I believe so but I am going to go over things again the next time I am on the boat.
I do not have an issue with fresh garlic on the boat, I hang it in panty hose in the V birth closet and it lasts for months.
Keeps out vampires as well I bet!
Since you purchased your Hatteras , how many hours have you added to your engines ?
About 1800 I believe. We are not at the boat right now.
Who worked harder chef or bartender ?
Definitely the chef!
I’m an unreasonable woman 😊
Good for you!
Ed, did you see your thread on The Hull Truth web site?
It was titled, what would you do.
No, I didn't see it.
Couldn't find it
Really?
Three Days of Drunk!
Watch this episode sober, Really Fucking Sad you two!
Marine West is a boater's paradise with Disney Prices.
If there is no price on an item just presume it will be 400% more than it should be. However, if you really really need it right now you would gladly pay 500% more than it should be.
