If you don’t have that it’s very normal to say jealous of her connections she’s made and that definitely isn’t in a bad way. I’m a few months from 60 and Hannah is my favorite UA-camr. She takes me back to my early twenties and reminds me of when I had energy to be adventurous. She’s such a dream human being
IM 61 and live vicariously through these videos. I actually did a solo.van trip in 2020 from San Diego to NY city and back. It was an amazing experience but got heat sick along the way which bummed me put and shortened my trip.

Your water tank is probably larger and so it takes a long time to heat back up when the power has been off. I was out of power for 5 days so it took about 4 hrs to heat up when the power came back on.
I smiled throughout the whole video! Such a heart-warming friendship. I felt how hard it was to say goodbye. Hope you have more adventures with Rachel.....❤️😘
Hey Hannah! Loving the new video ❤ As a Mainer who loses power often and has an old house I would recommend having your sink drip in the winter months and a weird tip that my husband taught me that works but it didn’t really make much sense at first is… open your cabinets in the winter if you’re worried you might lose power or if you’re leaving for a bit. It gets really cold in the cabinets under the sink and that’s where the pipes run so if you can help that from freezing that’s a simple step.
We do that in Michigan too! Open the cabinets and keep the water on a slight drip to keep the pipes from freezing in frozen temperatures. 😊

Happy new year dear lady. check the antifreeze level in the range rover fill with antifreeze if its low. then check to see if the blower motor is frozen or possibly the fuse is blown. if the blower motor is working then check to see if air is flowing out of the vents if it stays cold then the mix actuator is bad and needs replaced. its usually an easy fix on most vehicles the range rover might be a different story.
Just started watching your videos(Im in Mid Wales UK) starting from way back and trying to catch up by binge watching (they are fantastic lol) noticed you have had problems with mice but like me you don't want to kill them.. so can I suggest you try pure peppermint oil (available from health food shops or on line it comes in little bottles ) mice hate the smell of mint so you can put a few drops dotted about plus add some to water, put in a small fine mist spray bottle(only a few drops needed as its very strong) and Spitz areas you think they may be getting in ...also try fresh mint leaves crushed up and left in a dish ...the aim is to gently persuade them to re locate 😊don't put pure oil or the spray on any wooden surface as it will stain ...I spray onto paper towel ...keep the smell topped up for a week see what happens... Good luck 😊

Happy fun days to you all! So at 2:00 am this morning I heard a loud waterfall sound, went outside with a flashlight and found a pipe had broken leading into our hot water heater. So I shut off the water, went back to bed, and made an SOS call for help. All better now. A water pipe connection broke. Back to hot showers. It was so much fun to see all the fun you and your friends shared. Thanks for the video!

Hey Han, I doubt you'll see this but the reason your hot water is coming on and off is your hot water inlet pipe is freezing, then it SLOWLY thaws out and you have hot water, usually the sun helps it but it takes a day or two. Its a super easy thing to fix and prevent.
First locate your water heater, look for the pex or piping that's coming from the water heater and heading into the house. To Fix: You can use a hair dryer or a buddy heater to warm it up for a bit and then the hot water will kick back on, just make sure all of your faucets are turned to full hot. Even if nothing is coming out. I have a tankless on the exterior and this is the same thing i had to do during this cold snap.
To prevent the issue you just need to better wrap your pipe so that the extreme temps don't 1) cause it to freeze or 2) cause them to burst. Simple fix is 1) get a foam elbow and foam pipe insulation then! to ensure it doesn't ever happen again, use reflective insulation to wrap around the line. I'm crazy OCD when I do things like this so I actually use rockwool wrapped around my foam pipe insulation THEN I use gorilla tape and make a reflectix burrito that wrapped around my entire pex line and the elbow in the refletix. I also wrapped and insulated the enclosure to protect the circuits and other parts to the hot water heater... obviously staying away from the HOTTEST parts, air intakes or any kind of open flame but! You can still wrap the areas around the enclosure and all of the pipes.
Getting some good insulation in the enclosure and on the pipes will prevent this from ever happening again. Last thing is, due to your living in a whole other beast of a winter area, you might use heat tape in addition to the wrapping of the pipes. I don't have insane winter's like you guys do but it's an option that you might want to explore, just make sure to use the one that's got the thermometer on it. Also, if you know it's going to be extreme temps, you can turn A Faucet on hot and let trickle during the night, they say to leave the cabinet doors open so warm air can reach but I personally don't subscribe to it. The hot water trickle does work.
As a chick, I had no idea about ANY OF THIS until recently, I've learned so much while I've been building my own tiny house cabin THEN even more during this cold snap. Cheers 🤘

my brother used to tie a old car bonnet behind his car and we would sit on the bonnet and he'd do the same but not in snow, it was in a big grass paddock.. we used to have a ball.. a few wounds but nothing major..

I do not need a gym at my home either. Year round fun work is so much better! I live in snow country and my back patio became a glacier! I have to scoop doggie poopie, clean up after the squirrels, and shovel snow, haul my bins, etc. It keeps me fit for my age, and I love it! Raking season I always drop about 20 pounds lol! Rachel's teeth are so pretty! Happy New Year youz two!
