Geezer was always the one in the background. In 2016 my wife got me VIP meet n greet tickets with sabbath and he was almost shocked I wanted to sit and talk to him. I've always been a geezer Butler fan yes Ozzy is a good to me but honestly I have met and hung out with Ozzy many many times over the course of 40 years. I just wanted to sit and talk to geezer and bill unfortunately bill did not tour with them in 2016. But I had such a great time talking to geezer he was almost amazed I even knew who he was. Iommi in my opinion is a very smug personality almost like he was too good for the meet and greet. Tommy clofetus was a cool down to earth dude he was replacing bill on the tour and did an amazing job with a 15+ minute drum solo he did that solo every time they played how his arms aren't hulk Hogan sized I don't know.
The reason that the lyrics are different is because this concert was performed prior to the release of the Paranoid album, and thus the song was still a work in progress. So, Ozzy did not fuck up the lyrics, as what he sang were the lyrics considered for the song at the time. I find it fascinating to hear a live performance of a song not yet officially released. And what a killer performance it was!
I think Bill Ward's performance in this show is the greatest exhibition of ballsy, powerful, take no prisoners rock drumming ever captured on film! (A close second is Keith Moon's performance with The Who in their tremendous show at Tanglewood, 1970.)
