This feature has to be assembled manually because if it were electric, the whole car electronics will definitely breakdown with hay wire sensors

@@Shadow-dc6ps he's not talking rubbish. Too much electronic shit always break and is a pain in the ass than manuals. sometimes some stuff is better off than be manually used instead of using electronics and computers

As a former Range Rover owner, I wish mine had this. It would’ve made those times it left me stranded all the more interesting.
I could bring my chair and easily save a hundred grand and still be comfortable.
Realistically the chair would probably be more comfortable, those cushions look as bad as economy seats on a cheap airplane

A 12 dollar camping chair goes anywhere and takes 1 second to set up plus when it breaks who cares it was 12 bucks not the 5000 it takes to fix the range rover door when it breaks

You completely missed the point of his comment if you believe he drives a G Wagon. Sure, they’re luxurious, but they boast many problems as other luxury vehicles. The more complex components you add to a vehicle, the more overall entropy of materials you have. This leads to more shit going out and high repair costs once out of warranty.

This feature was originally designed so that hunters could hang out in the tailbed while waiting for game to come along. Now itll be a great way to watch little Timmy's soccer game without having to sit next to the nannies.
With that price they should give you a real sofa.. 😂

Actually the tailgate is great for changing baby diapers and for sitting with family during outdoor picnics. I happen to have a Volvo XC90 2007 model. It has third row seats and works like a charm with the kids. I hope this Range Rover has third row seats and is more spacious compared to the Volvo. A diesel version would be ideal. I'm in the USA, but travel to West Africa often and Land Rover dealers are available in West Africa. The Range may be the one IF the price is right. Otherwise the big 4x4 option of the GMC/Chevy from the USA which has ample room and space is the winner.
This is the most practical thing I have ever seen in a car. 😆

Jesus, I had that on my Dodge Caravan 15 years ago. The whole 3 row bench seat flipped around. The backrest became the seat. Was great for the kids to sit in when we went to the drive in. The speakers in the back door became overhead speakers.

Just needs a patio heater above and you have the perfect waiting for recovery seat that all rangerover owners will need.

I think the coolest feature is the relationship that these Range Rovers help you build with your mechanic. 80% of brand new ranges are off the road for mechanical issues within 12 months.
