The claimed acceleration time is with the smaller factory wheels. Adding larger rims effectively gears up a car making it slower. Had the wheels been the stock size. You likely would have gotten much closer to the claimed 5.8s.

As a range rover sport 2020 owner, i ve never understood the complaints about the climate controls, which are super easy to figure out, and it s the same for the buttons on the steering wheel, no problems there either. Whenever i hear Mat say these things i can t help but think he's complaining just to say something negative, because they are not real inconvinences
Yeah for u are super easy because u drive it everyday and its yours, but if u just get in the car of course they are not easy to figure out and will take u lot of time. I drove my friend car for 3 days because my was in the service and for 3 days i barely understood how his climate system works.
Also, as an American in many areas, we don't wish to sit and play with our temperature controls for 30 seconds at a time. Should be able to be done without much effort going down the road.

If I had to guess, the larger rims, thus larger overall diameter of the wheel, might have affected the acceleration. Both in weight and final drive ratio being put to the ground.
I'd take my BMW X5 45e over that thing any day. Mine has massaging seats (but sadly missing an armrest for a captain's chair feel). My 400HP plug-in hybrid tuned up to 440 is much quicker, yet can go 38 miles on electric. My car has rear wheel steering too.. Mat do a review on one.
If only Range Rover’s engineers were allowed to make stuff as great as the exterior design guys. They’ve always looked great for the era they’re released in. However they’re also always far behind the reliability of most other vehicles.
The exterior is looking awful, its disgusting. Everything is so smooth with no edges or anything they did with confident. Also the rear is just 🤮. And not to mention the price which is just rude

The larger diameter wheels will have impacted the acceleration time - you should compare to a standard RR to see how much.
