Bro you can go with new (ipad air 2024) bcoz it comes with m2 chip and 128 interna storage in 56000. And you need to buy apple pencil USB type which costs 7000. Then you also save some money. I am suggesting you bcoz My scenario is same as you my budget also 75000. Thanks 👍👍

If you wish to buy a pencil it will cost you a 10K more. which sums up to 70K ish for iPad pro with pencil gen2. Also if you can spend a 6K more and you have a frnd coming from the US, you can get an iPad Pro M2 itself!!!
Better to buy an iPad Air M2 during the “Back to University” sale where you can get both iPad and pencil pro for 57K.
