I have never had much success as shown - I have to unload tension from my neck, like laying my head on a pillow or supporting my head against a wall. Also, any reason why you should not hold the theragun on a tight muscle or knot for 10-20 seconds? I get a muscle release when I do this.
Don't do this! I had a headache for days after using the Theragun on my Neck, strongly suspect it gave me a concussion. I think the company should strongly advise against this!
How do you get the back of your neck though???? They need to sell grips and attachments to help get the back of your body

I’ve had a headache for 11 months after a session with a theraGun directly on my neck with two different attachments… crazy huh
