Made one and it was fun, now plan to do others in the midst of other projects and there’s alway the paying job that gets in the way of hobbies.

They really are fun to make, I think it is the anticipation of how they will sound. Thanks for watching!

I will have to make some of these some point, but at least I now know where to go for the right info.

Thank you Lewis. As I said in the original video comments I will be making some of these and now that has just become a whole lot easier as I don't have to experiment with sizes and dimensions.
    Thank you so much Lewis.
    Take care mate.
    Cheers, Huw

Hi Lewis, An update on the whistle I made. Didn’t have time to more than one due to other projects but asked my daughter which child to give it to. She said “I’ll take it and use it to call the kids when playing outside .”

i made a similar one a while ago....difficult to get the peg right....goes in dry, perfect whistle....glue it in and the whistle isn't so good.....but you have to glue it in.....I'll have another go

Hey Christopher! I am very careful to get a clean 3/8 hole and also to get the peg exact. I will only be gluing the bottom 1/3, very carefully. Thank you for watching!
