No one has really even tried to be rock n roll since. Oasis had the best songs, the best singer, the funniest leader, were cool as fuck, Liam was good looking. everyone else since then probably thinks why bother? we cant match that shit
@@lennycook206 Oasis are still huge amongst all demographics here in the UK and Europe. Evidenced by Liam and Noel having several solo number 1 albums over the past few years.
This performance is epic and this is when Oasis was the biggest band in the world. The band is so together and Liam is actually dancing during this performance...
The 90s was the last generation of great concerts where people didn’t care about looking cool or having a phone out. They danced and lived their best lives
Never knew was so huge mate, they’re the biggest British rock band come out of there last 30 years easy. Liam is always put forward as one of the 10greatest frontmen in music polls too
this is the peak of liam's voice and probably oasis at their best. you should check out 'fade-in-out' from the same gig...budokan '98 is noel at his best. his mini scoustic set halfway through is amazing. EDIT: liam's singing 'technique' is one of the many reasons he lost his gift shortly after this gig.

Liam Gallagher has a very unsustainable way of singing, especially in the 90's. The angle he sang at alongside how loudly he sang, led to his decline in vocals in the late 2000's. This tour done some real damage to his voice but he sounded amazing the whole way through it!
@@EmbraceTheSuck21 1992-2001 it was first class, especially 1993-1998. Late 2002-2014 it was always hit and miss! Since 2017 it has been superb though!

From G-Mex you should listen Fade In-Out from them, just a suggestion, because that is a great tune and only in live IMO. And another thing Liam Gallagher is a very great guy and singer/front man, but he is only a strong 5'10"/179 cm (he was arrested in Germany and he was measured 179 cm), not short, but not too tall. In the other hand, his brother Noel, the guitarist is 173 cm aka. 5'8" and the others even shorter, around 5'7", so Liam stand out with his height.
Heard you say that you never usually see a Singer looking upwards to sing and why does he do it. In the 1950s/60s , their was an iconic rock Singer called Gene Vincent . Liam was a huge fan since he saw old reels with him . He stood with his hands behind his back looking upwards above the Mike when he performed on stage. He was considered very cool to all the young fans . Liam even named one of his sons after him. Gene Gallagher. So that's why Liam stands like that on stage. Look up Gene Vincent and you will see what I mean . Most of the performances will be in black and white. It's worth a look.
If you guys want to hear them at there best I suggest earls court gigs they were that loud that the earthqhake machines in London picked up there noise plus the sound is amazing defo get on that one lads 👍🏴
I think it’s brilliant that us UK fans have grew up watching Oasis but watching these live reactions for the first time makes me jealous in some way . Wish I could relive it all it again 🇬🇧
