[Korean Recipes]Jjapaguri /Chapaguri Sirloin Recipe(RAM-DON from a movie "Parasite")

*Measuring Method 1T = 1Tbs / 1t = 1tsp / 1C = 1 Cup
_ For this recipe you’ll need( one ~ two serving):
1 Instant Black Bean Noodle, 1 Neoguri Noodle, 1 Egg, 150g Sirloin Slices, 550mL Water, 1/3 Green Onion, 1t Sesame Seeds Toasted, 1T Vegetable Oil, 1/2t Salt, 1/3t Ground Black Pepper.
1] Place water to the pot and let it boil.
2] While it gets boiled, prepare other ingredients. Fry egg and set it aside
3] Grill Beef Sirloin to the doneness how you want.
4] Add instant noodles to a boiling water leaving 6 spoons of soup and drain the rest. Add seasonings except flavour oil.
5] Serve it with fried egg, grilled beef, and chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds.
