- 2 eggplants
- Olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Parsley

Mi ricorda le melanzane che faceva mia mamma ( di origini Siciliane) incideva le melanzane,inseriva fettine d' aglio , acciughe e scaglie di formaggio Parmigiano. Poi cotte nel sugo.....
