If your date offers to pay for their side (male or female) as it is a position where you show a sense of responsibility and also help them if they don’t have the money (which is alright everyone isn’t elon)
YES YES YES to the “my wife is my best friend” thing. My parents taught me that that’s how a marriage should be and I did indeed marry my best friend and I love him so much
I had a time just like story 16. I remember during my first date with her the bill came and we spent around 30 minutes trying to pay the bill. Both of us wanted to pay for it and neither of us were backing down. I finally paid and she said she would cover the next date. I asked her why and she told me that relationships were two ways and she wanted to put in as much as I did. That really touched me
It's a sweet story, but my takeaway was "the end of the date was us arguing over something for 30 minutes. She's so cool!"

@@AlwaysSomeonelmao, in retrospect I failed to explain it was more playful than argumentive.
This is pretty low bar stuff but as someone who was sexually abused by a classmate as a kid, it meant a lot to me. My husband and I started off as FWBs. On our first date, we smoked a few bowls, ate pizza, and after a while, I started to get frisky. Most guys in my experience didn't hesitate to accept my advances, but he stopped and asked if I'm in any state to consent since we got stoned earlier. I reassured him that I was wanting to hook up back when I was sober and that I was still lucid enough to give consent due to my high tolerance. It really meant a lot to me that he wanted to make sure that I was ok before going any further. A few months after that, I contracted a staph infection and had to be hospitalized for 5 days. He came to visit me even tho the hospital was way out of the way from his place. When I recovered at my parents for a few days after that, he took me out for dinner, then spent time getting to know my parents and younger siblings when taking me back to their place. That was 8 years ago. In August, we'll hit 4 years of marriage. He's my best friend, my rock, and my home.
This is so beautiful, I'm so happy for you
@@evie-rd8tc that's so sweet, I'm happy for you two :) I hope you have a long and happy marriage
@@onionbubs386 thank you, I wish the same for you ♡
Hey. Just wanted to say I’m so sorry for what happened to you in school. I hope you’re doing OK nowadays.
@@CloudyWolf713 thank you 💕 I'm doing much better now 😊
My wife said I gave off so many green flags she planned our honeymoon on our first date.
That sounds more like a red flag right there. =/
I met my girlfriend online, and after a month of lots of chatting/texting, a few several hours long phone calls, and a few zoom meetings, she came up the 13 hours to visit with me. Our "first date" was essentially all weekend, and it was all green flags. It's kinda wild, like if I had custom ordered my ideal partner.
Could you give us maidenless people examples of these green flags?
@@Unknown-wb1bf Nearly identical interests, life goals, political and religious inclinations, and so on.
For the record, I'm 43 and she's 41, so not the first time around for either of us.
The absolute biggest thing is to know what you want, and who you are. People grow up being told who they are, but very rarely take the time to figure out who they actually are. This is something done in solitude and self reflection.
@@jaredkennedy6576 thanks
the 1977-2011 flag of libya is just green XD had me laughing so hard
My husband said that my love for a certain video game series was a huge green flag, his reason for liking me.
I knew I would marry that girl that every time she looked at me. It looked like her eyes started to drool. And I did almost five years ago now my eyes did the same tho shes so dam pretty and cute my heart still goes nutz over her smile and laughs
My thoughts when hearing Story 11: “Bro’s taking that too literally”

18:40 R.I.P. to the dog
them watching BEASTARS
oh hell nah
Sure, dude.
its a good anime
Depends on your taste, personally: I would rather be watching the new Little Mermaid than Beastars
@@2-EK Take my advice and watch the version that started the Disney Renaissance.
0:45 omg thats adorable
Hell my wife still thanks me for paying for a dinner or lunch after 15 years.
9:44 - lmao ...or in our case, equally stupid.
When she's likes snakes, spider's and creepy crawlers. Oh and edge.
When it comes to first meetings, a green light that's always on point for a long term relationship is if she shares, if she's generous,or very giving in general.
It's a bit sad, that some of these "green flags" used to be a standard/par for the course from a girl/women many years back - but are now a feat in dating.
0:48 agree my parents when on a second date because of their shared love of cold pizza
For me as a straight cisgender male:
1) She shows up (at a relatively decent time if not on time).
2) She doesn't spend the date on her phone.
3) She doesn't bring up her ex(es).
4) She doesn't insist on an expensive date (ex: fancy dinner), and if she does want to do something costly, she doesn't insist on anything expensive and doesn't expect her date to pay exclusively (ie: she chips in on it, if possible).
5) She is kind, respectful and responsible.
Not me talking notes
I dont know why but i expected midnight the stars and you play in the background.
To me having similar beliefs to avoid conflict is a red flag.
I mean... I guess you mean it as in, they say they do but that they might be lying but, that's not the point, the point is to actually have similar beliefs, because what I think you imply would be just lying, and yeah I guess most people don't want a partner that lies
@@NeroDefogger I mean that everyone is so sensitive nowadays that no one can have a differing opinion without getting "cancelled".
@@DanDaMan92790 emmm, dude, they aren't saying you can't have a different opinion, they are saying that the thing at the table is an infinite relationship of you two forever having to talk and talk and share everything and do everything together and if you have vastly different opinions you are just going to torture each other for the rest of your lives, you are doing a favor to both by trying to search a better suited partner, you both can have a partner that agrees with you without having to be you two together, I just don't know why you even think different, is so obvious, is just not torturing each other
People don't choose partners with similar interests to avoid conflict. They do so because that gives them something to bond over. People do the same thing with friends.
My girlfriend feels bad that I pay for everything, and wouldn't let me pay for her dinner two nights ago.
heyo, ive been missinng your posts on spotify? something wrong that you dont post there anymore?
The only green flag:
"what's your body count?"
her: Zero
18:31 Dog seen that he means no harm and was probably kind to them and releases a lot of testosterone....unless the dog want's to override the owners decision about who to let in the house, they are easy to please
19:38 I heard about a nurse who started the second date with and HIV test(because personality wise she liked the dude so wanted to be sure)
My green flag is my girl being bulgarian
I wish I have something similar happen with my girlfriend
We are online dating
10:07 continue tommorow. Also, write out what u want in a woman. After watching mens Maxxing tinder results.
Okay now ladies what's green flag- since they only asked men (yes trans counts as men don't be like that)
hello guys!
hello!
Hey!
hii
hate to be that guy but it do be pronounced ree-doh not rih-do. Good vid btw.
Damm every time I’m abit later or abit earlier also the now voice is cool but I prefer this of
Not if og
Nice
I’m not a guy but here are my green flags
1 sharing the same religion/morals (this is more of a requirement but cmon it’s important for your partner to be on the same playing field as you)
2 nerdy/geeky (I’m a nerd and I’d like a guy who shares my interests I’m into a lot of different stuff that’s considered nerdy so if you’re into some of these things then you have my interests)
3 the gentle type (I prefer a guy who’s the gentle type someone who’s kind considerate but also strong and reliable someone who I can trust someone who’s always got my back)
4 not interested in sex or having kids (I’m not interested in sex or having kids so if you’re not interested in that stuff either then yay win win)
5 someone who isn’t afraid to show me there soft side or talk to me about there struggles (I may have trouble fully understanding what you’re going through but I’ll try my best to be kind caring and supportive I’m trusting you with my struggles so consider trusting me with yours)
I check 2 to 5 (well kinda, because I don't know what kind of geeky stuff you exactly like) but I can't know point 1 because you didn't specify it for obvious reasons of course, I know you didn't put in as in trying to find people that matched but I just, thought like sharing as I check most of them
