Update: It was brought to my attention that I left out bucket functionality and as I'm sure you could have guessed by the time you have finished watching this video, it is poor with a very limited range at both extremities both curl in and curl out.
I agree Ertl has lost some kind of quality

Its ashame. Same comment with the 580 backhoe. I would love to be able to get a good 210 with the thumb, because it's a great size machine for my company but sadly that day hasn't come.

You should get the new John Deere bogie skidder
We'll see. I have a couple other Ertl model reviews that have already been filmed and are just waited to be uploaded, but quite honestly, I don't think I'll be sinking anymore of my money into them for awhile until things improve. If a dealer or store wants to supply that skidder for review I will do it, but I likely will not be buying one.

Unfortunately, with the way these are packaged, it would not surprise me that a lot will come broken. The ties are poorly placed.

Hello and thanks for watching. Depending on the model, carefully work them in by rotating them slowly and smoothly by hand to free up the tension
One other thing i noticed is that one side has sag and one side has little sag could there be link missing I’m not sure but i will try your suggestion

No. 150 is scale is a lot smaller than 132 scale and the two are not compatible with each other in my opinion

I run heavy equipment for a loving and I've operated that excavator and their 470, needless to say just like this model the real machines are something to just be left in the yard at the dealer. Straight junk.

Great review. I might buy this just to keep on the shelf as i dont own any case excavators yet. But im definitely ripping those hand rails off and ill probably take the thumb off, paint it black and put it on my 336DL

This is another junk model from Ertl. This model isn't worth more than $25 . When will Case and Deere let better model manufacturers make their models ? Ertl sucks only good thing Ertl was good at is the old large scale Construction Precision series which was short lived.
yea, most earth models come with oversized rivets and almost no attachments to any machine
