Selling the big hyundai excavator, installing the gutter pipes on the new cabin which checking on the flooding from the rain. Looking at a new plot of land to develop
I'm so happy for Charlie, I would love to see the big ol smile on his face when the 330 pulls into his driveway 😊

Well at least you know the 330 is going to a good home . The cabin is coming together nicely. Well atleast Geoff can keep you in work .
The ceiling in the cabin looks great on video. I realize subtle hues may not come across like in person. And, permethrin (fly spray for horses at your local farm store) works great for chiggers. Spray it on your boots, socks and pants. Don't spray it on your skin. Also tuck in your shirt and spray around your belt if you know they are thick. And for anyone who has never had chiggers in their drawers, good for you! Keep doing what you are doing.
They just don't know what they are missing

Over the years that I have watched/subscribed to Chris's channel I have been impressed with how he treats and maintains his equipment. Anyone getting a piece of equipment from him is getting a ready to work machine well worth whatever they paid. Your attention to the little details is refreshing
Enjoy the Hyundai Charlie - it was a good friend to LetsDig18. Cabin looks fantastic and so too the hay field. Water run-off control working great. Bush whacking with Bealy Good is always an adventure - plenty brake stoppers and rocks with no top soil.
The 330 went to a good home, and to some who has the work for it, hard to see it go, but the trade up takes the edge off a little, I would think anyway. Thanks for the cabin up date, looks awesome. You did an excellent job of setting up the drain pipes and grading out the property, it was moving a lot of water at any rate. I was rolling laughing when the key issue came and right behind it was the fuel issue,😂😂😂😂, gotta love it. Thanks for the update, always fun to watch and listen to the needle twins go at each other, love it.

I believe I noticed 445 or 356 moldings on your door trim. Very nice. Love the T& G ceiling. Almost ready to live in.

I know it's bittersweet seeing the Hyundai leaving but 2 - 300 machines might be a bit excessive. The cabin is looking awesome. Saw a brief video about the cabinets on the farm FB page. I was and still am impressed with the color. Excellent taste, Chris. I'm so happy for you to see your dreams come true. Appreciate the video.

I'm glad Charlie got the 330. Now you can visit it and play on occasion, plus Charlie deserves to have an almost new machine. The cabin is looking amazing. And best of all, it's time for getting out and looking at more property with Geoff.

I’m from NW Oklahoma, I was driving across the panhandle & noticed a tree in the middle of a field, closest next tree was a least 400-700 yards away, you just have to many trees.

I know how you feel about saying goodbye to good machines…I bought a ‘95 Dodge Ram longbed in May of ‘95 and unfortunately had to sell it a couple of years later. I kept it it almost showroom condition. I sold it to a good friend and he still has it in 2024…and it still looks/runs like the day I sold it to him.

If you had used primed 1X4 trim around the doors with a 5/4x6 header trim and let it run a 1/8 of a inch pass the jamb trim would have looked great on your interior trim. More like the cabin look. Just saying. I have been selling building since 1978. just an idea. Thanks for the video. it was great.

I wasn't too keen on the 330, the joysticks on my swivel chair weren't compatible, the controls are opposite to that of the 350 Volvo. The only thing with the 350, I need a bigger spoon when I'm eating cereal.

Chris may call it a “Cabin”, but around here that’s a real nice house! On a 60’ x 100’ lot it would sell for close to 3/4 of a million. (Canadian)
IF you wanted a second opinion... the ceiling is pretty cool. Love the built-in's, love the bold colors, love the tall chair rail in the bedroom. (Somebody's) got good taste. For a simple cabin, it's pretty darn cool.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the color of the cabinets and the tounge and groove celeing. but I personally would never paint it white. My personal taste would of been to of left it the original wood color. But love it. The white cortz for the countertops is gonna look nice as well..like the flooring, love the wall molding in the bedrooms, Love the color of the built ins in the master, looks wicked! goes so well with the floors, and love the barn doors..you have good taste Chris, and should be very proud of all that you have accomplished so far in your life, you bust your butt to get to where you are. I thought I had chiggers once and did the fingernail polish over each one like you do for chiggers and the dang things borrowed out from under the nail polish. I found out they were wood mites instead. I had to get a prescription for K-Well and that was the end of them.
I found something that works great on chigger bites an them little cousin's flying around you're ear bites to use roll on pain stuff like ice hot or any other type
It stops itching in just few minutes
If it comes back roll agian
I found it out by accident trying
Find stuff to stop it try it does work

definitely would have put more thought into those, and im not sure what hes calling "built ins" but those arent built ins.. built ins go inside the wall with only the cabinet door sticking out

I’d love to know the vision for these potential land tract purchases you guys have been scouting …I’m guessing a high end housing development with a central lake/pond as a focal point? The mismatch paint between and the house and the stick on that Hyundai always looked odd.
The other thing that comes to mind is that I guess you just can't continue to simply collect machinery without considering the increasing maintenance costs.

I still find it hard, why my most people think that painting wood looks better than any timber with a nice varnish or a stain. The look of a nicely varnished piece of timber is like looking at a thing of beauty😘😘, instead of something that's had more surgeries than Michael Jackson🤢🤢. Maybe Im just old fashioned, but Im too old to change now.

I think back a year ago when Chris bought this machine. All the remarks about volvo letting him down etc. Now it turns out to an ,,in between,, machine. Ps you state the working hours but dont mention the ,,pampering,, hours😂😂.
Just imagine having a big bucket on it like the bucket on your 350 Volvo having both digging a pond you could probably have dug the last pond in a day and a half
