It was funny to see it in the catalog. I can't believe you still have that! They really put it out there like it was gonna be something amazing. I had gotten one off of eBay in maybe 2004 and I remember thinking that the picture in the listing was vastly different from what showed up in the mail. Great Video and thank you for the Shout Out!!!
This was a great video. It honestly made me realize how lucky I was to be a subscriber to your channel. About a year ago, when I first got into CAT scale models, I was browsing the internet with no idea what to start my collection with. Luckily, I came across your videos on the Diecast Masters HO models. You sold me on the models easily, and I haven’t regretted buying any of them. If it weren’t for your channel, I might have had the exact same experience as you. Keep up the good work!
I never knew this existed... I wish I could go back in time. It almost looks more like a cheap counterfeit model than a real Norscot piece what a shame. Thanks for the great video!
@3:58 Just looking at the model compared to the photo on the box, it's easy to see the model (cab and car-body) are too short, front to back. The cab almost looks like a phone booth, and the car body almost looks like an abbreviated zero-swing variant.
This is a mistake on the early adoption of computerized design. You can see that the cad design was stretched in the Z axis ( top to bottom) which gives it the clown car look, where the cab is way too tall for the model along with the rest of the model. What amazes me is that this model had to be approved, it didn't go from the computer to shelves.
Hi Tommy, love the way you showed the model but is it perfect? No but by today standards it doesn't have the latest and greatest of. Detail or functionality and I wish Norscott should've ruled it if it still exist.
great video. i did not buy this model and glad I did not. looks like a cheap knock off of a Norscot model. Tracks look bad and dimensions are off. Not to mention the dark paint.

This seems more functional than the new Ertl Case that you reviewed this week.
The sad part is that it actually is for functional. Lol

I've got seat time in both the 320C L and 320D L.
