AWESOME build as always! Maybe put a hole in the back of launcher plate the you could screw the prop nuke that isn't meant to be fired and a lower grade rubber band so it could still function but just for show that way it wouldn't fire but still kinda work....just a thought.
Also everyone is saying make weapons come on you need a nuka cola machine...made out of a working mini fridge with glowing nuka cola quantum in the door for looks...I know making a full size would be crazy...😁 But I have ideas for that..I'll leave that out unless someone wants to hear it.

As somebody who works in a machine shop with different types of metals, I can second that statement. 3 inch bar of stainless steel = 15 minutes to cut through. 3 inch bar of aluminum = 1 minute.

My humble suggestion is the Alien Blaster. It looks exotic even in a fallout game.
i like this idea. can mod it out with one of those toy laser guns with the sounds, could easily make it go Pew pew, and use an LED and a button battery in clear plastic to make the ammo , since it glows

In case you want some SERIOUS firepower: Thera-Band or Thera-Tube. I use this stuff for my slingshots and if you use enough, you can shoot a bowlingball through carwindows.
And funny enough you can find a bowling ball slinging Fatman in Far Harbor

Maybe you should try making the Shishkebab from Fallout 4 or maybe the Railway Rifle, also from fallout 4.
he already started that, but surprisingly never showed it finished, it was a collab a few years ago with another creator
I started the Shishkebab with my friend Scotland but we haven't been able to work on it since then! Hopefully this new schedule will give us more time :)

In Holland we don’t have a lot of hobby shops and cosplay shops.
For the cable and the trigger you could use a bike brake (and cable).. and modify it a bit ..
In my head i was like cmon man Styrofoam but holy hell that turned out nice,props to you man

quick suggestion: If you are attaching a cable like that with just a screw, I suggest that you throw a zip tie or something to hold it together and prevent it from sneaking out from under the screw. It will really help in that kind of application.

Some of the automatic 10mm pistols and muzzle brakes from Fallout 4 are super cool. Also, the Pimp-Boy 9000 from Fallout New Vegas is such a joy, i'd love to see it a prop.

Hey that’s actually really accurate to the game
A typical experience in the workshop is finding a load of pieces from projects that come with resources when I buy them and thinking they’re useless put them in a box and never really think about them then new project comes along that comes in handy promise you never have enough 90° triangle bracket things are brilliant but I never have enough

If you look for enclave power armour helmets it will normally come up with XO1 power armour. Because you know, enclave
Helmet? How about the full suit.
Murph's Models obviously all not always full suits but more often than not
my favorite part about watching this build is realizing that a talented smith could absolutely make this in the fallout universe, it really seems like a post-war weapon despite it being a pre-war one.
