Hi Scott! His way of teaching straight to the point - without rambling, his way of talking - simple way, his diction - when pronouncing the words, are unique. Congratulations again! Success, Health, Always. God bless you.
Hey Scott! Thank you for the great video! Previously I was using Outlook for better signature management but now I think we can do it on GMail thanks to you! But still there is an option I like on outlook which is delivery and read receipts, do we have something similar on GMail!
I like the Google Docs method. Tried it on my work email and it works fine. when I tried to apply it to my personal Gmail account, it just shows texts with no image or any links (like social medial)
I tried creating it with Drive but Gmail tells me the signature is too long. Looks like the formatting is creating too much HTML code and it goes beyond the character count accepted by Gmail. Do you know how to reduce the code?
You may want to check your email signature settings within Gmail. Make sure you have the correct signature selected for certain actions. i.e. replies, forwards, new emails.
Cool options and video tutorial! I also have the same issue as many here with copy n paste into Gmail. Signature too long issues. Has anyone figured out the code count issue with this yet?
This is exactly the video I needed, and the last method seems like it should work perfectly for what I need to do EXCEPT when I cut and paste from the google doc into gmail, I keep getting the message that my signature is too long. It is no longer than what you are showing, though. Any advice?
I'm assuming that this can only be done on a computer or laptop because on my phone my Gmail of course doesn't look anything like this and as far as signature option it's just basic can add any links or change fonts or colors or anything like that or is there a workaround for that on a mobile device?
Hey Scott. This worked great except the recipients of my emails can click on the signature and download the image. How can I block this from happening?
Glad that this worked well for you! As for your question, there is really no way to prevent someone from downloading an image that is displayed/made available via email or a website.
It's always baffled me why people put their email address in their signature. Surely when you send an email to someone, they have your email address lol 😂

Hi Scott ... I am your biggest FAN... If you create a signature in Wisestamp, do you need to continue to subscribe in order to keep using it?

I love the video but when I go to copy and paste it into Gmail, the font and format are off. What am I doing wrong?
Hey, Scott! Thanks for showing us how to do it!
One thing that did not work was that once I sent emails, my signature was not sent.
What did I miss?

I ran into this as well...I think it's the table code that is creating an issue... @simpletivity, any workarounds?
Thank you!!!
You're welcome!
FYI...I have found that some elements-such as vertical and horizontal lines-work fine in Chrome and Edge but do not appear in Firefox.
Thanks so much for sharing, Jim.
I love the Google Drive idea Scott ... wondering if using Google Slides might give even more flexibility ...
Yes, you might be able to do this in Slides as well. Thanks for sharing, Bill.
@@Simpletivity Hey Scot there is an Character count issue that you havent covered iun thius video

Wow! A phenomenal video!
Wow, thanks!
Nothing for Gmail mobile?😢

Excellent
Thanks
That setting only has "create new" and there is no upload option??
so how do you export from Canva into google sheets?
I'm working with the GDocs method and when I try to save it says that the signature is too long. Any recommendations?
While I'm not aware of a specific length limit, it looks like you may have found it! Shortening your signature may be the only option.
