- Bill Burr's Helicopter Story (Reaction). Taking a break from our regularly scheduled programming for a much needed laugh. Do you think this is the best luck or the worst case scenario?
I couldn't find the original standup, if you can, please link it below!

I just appreciate having someone to watch that has a brain and isn't afraid to use it.
Thanks Gregg!
I concur!
That smile doesn't hurt though.
@@NoProtocol here's a youtube clip of the stand up version in case you're still interested (not the best one but does the job): ua-cam.com/video/z2cDrDCjbgI/v-deo.html
Alternatively you can find it by searching on youtube: "(Hilarious) Helicopter - Bill Burr - Stand Up Comedy"
@WahWah02 Obviously, you have not seen or paid attention to this woman. Do me a favor, actually read her literary suggestions. Of course, that would entail you leaving your "comfort zone" and using your brain.
For your own entertainment, watch the live version if you haven't already. Bill's performance is the best.
Three videos in the last three days, you're spoiling us :).
Thanks for watching (:
Whenever I see a reaction to the live version of this, I always see a bunch of comments saying that they should watch the animated version. Honestly, I like the live version better because Bill's expressions and mannerisms really add to the story. Either way, it is is quite the story. lol
"Really the odds are against the kid." 🤣
I’m not the dude throwing out compliments left or right, but you have a one in a billion smile there. Also… thanks for the reaction.
The best intro I've ever heard from a reactor, "There is no intro".
I'm happy to see that your channel is growing because you fucking deserve it. From your no non-sense introduction to analyzing is always refreshing. Keep. It. Up. You are the most refreshing person on UA-cam right now. Thank you.
What he said
@No Protocol......What they said !!@@jasonmest87
The question that I’ve always had is when falling from a great tight do you choose to fall face up and enjoy the ride down with a surprise at the end or do you fall face down screaming and yelling watching the ground rush up at you? Love the short intros never change them.
No boat found the jumper, the pilot immediately went down and put the helicopter in park while he lowered himself down to the water and got the man with a rope
I absolutely love that picture hanging on the wall behind you. Awesome and creative.
‘It was the best of times, it was the worst of times ‘
NOBODY is on par with Burr LOL. I have watched hundreds of Bill Burr stand-up videos and all of his Netflix specials. I have only seen the cartoon version of this as well. Would love to see it live and see Bill's reactions. Great insight. Thanks for posting!
A good head on your shoulders. Love it.
1:56 exactly, ill be scared as hell thinking how am i going to explain this without getting the blame for it! even for negligence you can go to jail!
The Golden Gate Bridge is the most popular suicide spot in the US and is only 220 feet from the road to the water. So for this poor soul to survive a 500 ft fall is really rare. Lucky? Only for a while. Unlucky? Yes, for the responders who pulled him from the water.
you got me at there is no intro, haha. Subscribed
I think you might like George Carlin. He very intelligent, he was known for his dark comedy and reflections on politics, the English language, psychology, religion, and taboo subjects. Of course, I don't agree with him on religion, but he's very funny.
I’ve only seen one video from George Carlin, on euphemisms so far. It was very thought provoking, I’ll have to watch more! Thanks for the suggestion
Check out his comedy on saving the planet, Rights, ethnic pride, Time, stuff... There's so much to choose from.
He went on n like Greg louganis 😂😂😂
Over 80 to 100 ft hitting water is supposedly like hitting concrete. So to survive from 500 ft is amazing!
Here's the live version: ua-cam.com/video/z2cDrDCjbgI/v-deo.html You were right - his expressions/acting is hilarious!
This has me rolling. And your cute ass little statistic break and amazing smile with a “don’t mind me” lol.
The story is true. You can find it in the archives of the Orange County Register. The company was not sued, and continues to operate today.
Absolutely ADORE you. Cried laughing, and learned something.
Thanks for the lack of intro. Subscribed because of your well-spoken insights after the first video
The amount of brilliance in this skit! He has us laughing, while celebrating the worst tragedies in life. That's comedic genius.
I think the reason he booked a couple was so that no one else would be up there with him.
This is a true story. Look up Orange county man jumps from helicopter.
I first heard of Bill Burr about 3 years ago, while I was sitting at home recovering from shoulder surgery. I really love his humor and can relate to his stories. He is a comic genius without a doubt! Love the animation of this story too. And your reaction is great... the combination of smiles and intellect is refreshing
You are so refreshing with limited intro and superior intellect to any other reactions. Glad u popped up on my homepage… check out Sebastian maniscalo airport check in, I think you’ll enjoy it and would love to see the reaction
Thank you, I did ask you for more Bill Burr! 😅
1:16 Egad, I had noticed that you had quite the shiny smile!
your so intellectually sound and knowledge drivin... plus the bonus of a perfect smile and an amazing look..... i'm sold, subscribed and belled.
Great reaction again! I LOVE that you just skip the intro that everybody just skips over anyways! You are great girl! I love your background picture with the greats!
Lol...its both!
Bill Burr's delivery is so good, but the animation definitely adds to it 😂
Huge Bill fan and ive never heard this one till now! Loved it!
You have the best retrospectives of any reactor I've ever heard. That said, this is a routine (like any comedian stand-up or musical piece) that needs to play in it's entirety, without interruption or commentary, and enjoyed from start to finish. IMHO. Basically, just sit back and enjoy the performance.
How refreshing to have someone that sees all aspects of the videos you watch keep up the great work 👍
A google search reveals the man's name as Gregory McFadden.
Lol, this reminded me of a funny story I've read some time ago about one of the first soviet civil helicopters - Mi-1. It was designed in a way that the pilot's door would open contrary to the direction of the flight, like back door on some limousines. Initially, nobody saw that as a problem. But it turned out, that lot's of pilots liked smoking during the flight, and designers did not provide them with the windows that could be opened. So pilots attempted to open their doors during the flight to throw cigarette's butt out.
Do you see where this is going? Pilots would attempt to open a door while flying some 100 km/h. Once they created a wide enough gap between the door and the frame the incoming air would rush in and throw the door open, while the pilot was still holding the handle. So couple of times pilots were almost yeeted out of their seats mid flight by the cockpit doors. After that they added some windows that could be opened and never attempted to use the doors that would open opposite to the flight trajectory.
Brilliant! So glad I found you.
Please continue to educate the masses thru
Humor.
*Hears about man jumping out of helicopter.*
‘You know really interesting fact about family businesses…’
Someone after my own heart, what a non-sequitur
Even though the guy did technically survive the fall, I don’t think he was conscious. I think he landed just off of the beach, and he had to be rescued by lifeguards.
Anthony Jeselnik "Thoughts and Prayers" there used to be the full act on YT but now it is broken up into smaller chunks.
In WW2 a U.S. crew member of a bomber was shot down he jump out without a parachute at 20,000 feet! And lived with almost no injuries! He hit some pine tree limbs and landed in soft 3-foot-deep snow! The Germans who found him didn't believe him, but they realized there was no parachute! They further investigated and found that he did fall that far! They gave him a certificate to honor his luck! He was a prisoner of war til the end!
I honestly think you might be my new favorite reaction channel haha, we need to expand your video view and get more. Much love!
Bill Burr can make everything funny :)
i have been listening to Bill Burr since 2007 due to his Podcast. So much fun Stories and Bits on there.
The Live Version of the Helicopter Bit is in his Special called " Iam sorry you feel that Way "
If you have reports of a guy falling from the sky like a crash test dummy they will send a boat lol
That right there is a tutorial masterclass on great joke/storytelling from a true master storyteller Bill Burr. ❤
No Protocol: You are a breath of fresh air. No intro?! Thank you for that. Great vids, too, and great presentation. I'm a fan!
Such a great video!
I can't understand why you have so few subscribers. Internet is often really unfair, in any case you have one more member from Italy. Keep it up
Only a talented Comedian can make you feel bad about somebody (NOT DYINING)
Bill Burr stand up with that animation made my day. The guy is amazing.
you have to love the way Bill Burr tells and acts out a story
In the know... Bill Burr is a helicopter pilot himself.
Bill Burr is one of the funniest comedians😂😂
You have a great smile.
You got me with the short intro. Subbed.
That was the funniest Bill Burr story I have heard 🤣
Love your videos
He is funny as hell, has a happy ending thou, he died at the hospital! 😂
Hey, I mean he broke a world record for a belly flop. In a way, all the pain in his life prepared him to withstand such an impact.
I love that you have no into...so good!
Great reaction ❤
That shit can change your mood in a split second
It really does
I love your humor
I have only seen the live version. This animation is a first one for me.
This animation was so great for this particular story
Jim Bruer, making fun of the government and the pandemic! Frickin hilarious
I would say Dave Chapel is Burrs equivalent in many ways but other than that Bill is the cream of the crop.
No one is on par with Bill Burr.......Lol! He's one of a kind.
Awesome content!
Thanks Jeremy!
I love the no intro.
Yeah,
Def find the standup… Burr’s acting for stage
Is spot on… it’s just
funnier & impressive live. Happy holidays!
I love your “intro” :) Watched 1 other vid, like your reactions, here’s your sub
Golden Gate bridge is 220 feet up, and that's a big go to spot for suicide. They have a movie about it called "The Bridge"
They had like 3 survivors that all said they regretted it the moment they jumped, and we're praying to live. They weren't terminally ill though.
So twice as high up and survived is for sure lucky or unlucky depending on who's doing the falling.
Love Bill! Not for nothing but this bit/story he’s showing off some CRAZY good acting skills!
Did you watch him in the Mandalorian? As acting goes, it wasn't terrible. It was kinda hard to separate though, his whole screen-time I was waiting for the punchline.
@@StanHowse no I didn’t actually. I’ll haveta check it out.
Awesome 🐲😎🐉💜🔮💜
why am i addicted to this channel all of a sudden xD
Beautiful smile you got there.
The likely reason why family own businesses only last 25 years is because the original owner was willing to work 80 hours a week and the folks that inherited the business sold it asap because they did not love it enough to put it first in their life.
Denis Leary! It's a bit old, but his "no cure for cancer" stand up is halarious. His anger in that routine is monumental and universal!
All I can think about how they found him, is the guy in the helicopter had to be the one that called it in, and search and rescue (the Coast Guard likely) found him.
Liked your video, you should react to Big Jay Oakerson he's one of the best crowd-work comedians ever & he was good friends with Patrice O'Neil (R.I.P) and they actually have the same birthday, what's the odds of that.
You are so lovely. I'm glad to have found you on UA-cam.😊
I love your videos
🤣🤣🤣🤣great story 👍👍🇮🇪Dublin ireland
My family had a business that started in 1899 and closed up shop in 1990. Great grandad had a lot of kids though, so granddad was the one who ran it after, great place for the extended family of that century to get a job often their first job. Had the honor to working there in those last two year. It is hard yes to run a family business beyond the gen that started it, not every decedent would be willing to dedicate their life to running say a deli, dinner, hardware store etc. One of my favorite Mexican food joints family owned and with four location that I enjoyed from when I was a kid to my forties closed down. Had nothing to do with it not being liked or popular or any such thing, the owners just aged out, and none of the kids or grand kids wanted to run it. Simple as.
Bill Burr is a freakin legend!
You should look up his "old man face" bit 🤣
You forget, he jumped out of a helicopter so they knew exactly where he landed...no doubt 😉
do more bill burr!!
He's unlucky in that situation. Cool reaction!
Please keep going on Bill Burr, Jordan Peterson, and Tom MacDonald reactions. I'll suggest the rapper NF as well; he doesn't cuss, he has very meaningful lyrics (not mumble rap like on the radio), great video production, etc. He has a following that will definitely watch your reactions and go along for the journey. A couple good to start with would be "The Search," "When I Grow Up" or "Changes."
Great comedy and stellar interaction during and after.
Jim Jeffries-Gun Control part 1&2.
I think you would enjoy and have a great reaction on Shane Gillis “special Olympics” bit if you can find it. Great video, keep them coming!
NP, I know you have suggestions tossed at you all the time, but I really think you would enjoy Tim Minchen. He's an Aussie singer/songwriter that started doing musical comedy, then transitioned into writing serious music including the music for Groundhog Day and Matilda. A couple of specifics are Storm (a 10 minute, jazz back beat, spoken word), Darkside (Awesome version is best) and Prejudice.
I found your channel yesterday, and have already binged all your vids. I am loving your work and looking forward to seeing more. Take care. :)
Prejudiced, storm and darkside are all amazing. I was so happy the day I discovered Tim... I could not believe UA-cam's algorithm had been hiding him from me..
Beautiful, Intelligent, intellectual women! So refreshing! Props
