He's done some nasty shit but he also gone through some really heavy stuff. But in many ways he truly seem to have turned around and become a really nice guy, I wish he wouldnt put on the circus with the youtuber fight and all that, its degrading to him and his career to become some freakshow at old age.
Some of the interviews and talks ive seen him do is almost unimaginable that this is the same Mike Tyson we all know from the headlines.

I went back and watched your other Tyson video. Now that I'm on the coaching side of MA I can see a lot of what made him great. Being shorter, he is stronger vs a taller person of his same weight. It also allowed him to punch up putting the force of his legs/weight into the punch, making it more powerful vs a punch coming straight at you. Seems he knew this as he would crouch to dodge a punch then push up on his legs with his punch. His targeting is also amazing, once he see's his target, he's going to hit it.

Mike Tyson's image was scary as fvck. There have been great heavyweight champions throughout the years but there wasn't any question that they were all sane and could control their emotions and person. There was an aura about Tyson not only because of his incredible physical gifts, but there was also the perception that his mentality possessed more than a touch of lunatic fringe and unpredictability, like he might snap and kill someone if he perceived something, rightly or wrongly, as being offsides and that you simply could not control this beast. He was only 5'10" tall (probably on a good day) but he was absolutely wrecking men 6" taller and 40 lbs heavier than he was, and he was tearing through the majority of them in less than 1 round. Nobody WANTED to fight him. He was such an intimidating figure that even after retirement in the past 10 years he's been interviewed by less than gracious news hosts who thought they might get Tyson with a "gotcha" question about some of his long past issues from 30 years ago, and it is hilarious to watch them do it to Tyson and realize that they might have just made the biggest mistake in their lives by being stupid enough to do it with them being in his presence...akin to walking into a fenced yard with a huge pitbull. It was amazing to watch in one interview where the host stepped out of line, and you could see the switch go on in Tyson's head, and you would wonder if the dude was literally shitting in his pants.

I don't recall which opponent it was, but one of the guys that Tyson knocked out in the first round admitted sometime later that he took a dive. He didn't throw the fight--he had every intention of trying to win when the bell rang for the first round--but he said that Tyson hit him so hard with the first few punches he landed that he just immediately thought that it wasn't worth it because Tyson was going to hurt him badly regardless of whether he lost or won.

..yeah his voice was what struck me first time i heard him.. Agree about he being filosophical.. Yeah..from all the clips i saw from him..he looks ready! Lets see.. Lets see what gloves and rounds there will be..Hope Paul don't starts only grappling.. Yeah, age is important..specialy because Mike's lifestyle..and he never trained again since ending carrer, until exibition with Jones..He said he was afraid of waiking up the beast inside.. ..If i had to bet, i would put my money on Tyson, no doubt !

If it’s only boxing, Mike would destroy Fedor. If it was grappling, Fedor would demolish Mike.

You said Tyson was looking good well you're looking good
I want Tyson to win against Paul but My worry is Tyson stamina he got tired mentally & physically in his last couple professional fights & just quit that was over a decade ago

If Tyson vs Holyfield happened with all the social media atm, the hype and ending would’ve been like Khabib vs Conor if not better.

Even if it lasted a mere 90 seconds would I get into a ring with Tyson? And believe me, it'd only last that long if I managed to run away fast enough! 🤣

Everyone was buying Tyson's fights back then, knowing they wouldn't last long.. Lewis was during Mike's dark days.
