- The new Trailblazer® 330 engine-driven welder from Miller is redefined, for productive, profitable, quieter job sites.
Trailblazer® 330 engine-driven welders are 86 pounds lighter and 13% smaller than previous models - and feature a full suite of weld processes, precise parameter control and output, as well as lower fuel costs and reduced noise.
Thanks to a new digital user interface and easy-to-use controls, operators can precisely dial in advanced weld settings - helping to increase productivity and weld quality. The machines offer up to 330 amps at 31 volts and 100% duty cycle, so operations can get high deposition rates by running bigger-diameter, flux-cored wire and gouging thicker materials. Updated Dynamic DIG™ technology provides smooth, consistent stick arcs tailored to match applications, materials, fit-up and welder technique, while users also get more control with pulsed TIG. Inductance control delivers precision for flux-cored wire applications.
The Trailblazer 330 also offers more data visibility so it’s easier for operations to track maintenance and bid jobs competitively. The user interface shows maintenance screens and provides alerts for upcoming routine tasks such as oil, filter and generator brush changes. With this information, operations can better plan downtime for scheduled maintenance. The interface also has productivity screens that make it easy to see the hours spent on a specific job. The machines also easily connect to telematics systems, improving fleet visibility. The Trailblazer 330 is available in multiple configurations to best meet an operation’s needs.

Is the digital display covered with a sapphire face so it won't get scratched by metal oxide dust?

@@MillerWelders Is a replacement part available? Does the tempered glass have a rubber gasket backing it to prevent water ingress?
@@MillerWelders Thats very good news! When I attended welding training in Georgia the Lincoln machines had soft plastic touchscreens that had been completely worn away from being poked at with dusty welding gloves. It was bad.
There is no gasket; the screen protector sticks directly to the screen, similar to a cell phone screen protector. Unfortunately, replacements are not currently available.
@@MillerWelders That is an even better solution than expected. Please make sure that replacement screen protectors are available. Welding machines get decades of use and must survive many refurbishments to preserve the reputation of the manufacturer
I'm interested in Miller machines because I've seen so many on auction sites that look like they were dragged from Chernobyl but still function enough to be sold. That is durability that I can say I'm interested in.
Just bought one, do they not come w the exhaust stack?
Hello! Thank you for reaching out. The exhaust stack is included with the machine and should be located in the side door along with the owner's manual.
@@cptcrysis2378 yep exhaust pipe and owners manual was not in it. Had to have my dealer call miller to mail it out.

The naysayers will complain about the video screen control like the ones on the Lincoln machines, or will they?
I’ve owned a few trailblazers I’ll never buy one again because of it honestly. I’ve owned quite a few engines drives and as soon as you start adding this junk they are never the same. Lincoln is going to crap with it all too. I don’t understand why they just can’t keep the trailblazer like it is. It’s got a dial for amperage a readout for set and running amps / volts why do you need this other junk? To keep up with like lincoln machines? They are killing themselves slowly and painfully. Volts, amps and dial why do I need anything else other than a hour meter if I’m welding everyday?

@@motoz3939 I have been true and BLUE for 47 years there is no need for all this added extra technology.what happened to down and dirty? It will not last in the extremes. We will no longer keep with the times to the new unnecessary tech advances that are not needed. I've shot x ray welds and certified in 9 states off an 8 bank (Dialarc250"s), never had an issue.Huot Welding Service Inc motoz3939 is correct
No remote start?

Kohler engine sucks on these
