While in India, years ago, I made a close friend of one of the villagers. We are still friends 27 years later. Chandra Duth is his name. I appreciate these two fantastic people. Thank you for this video Matthew talks about having to return his consciousness to the every day world after meditation and spiritual experience. I want to share how I overcame that
dichotomy. By trying to accept myself whatever state I’m in and continue to work on my problems and shortcomings with patience.
It’s I suppose a kind of surrender. I think the hardest lesson is the one of self-love & trying to practice that every day.
With forgiveness and keeping my thoughts pure with practice.
