Great conversation. Loved the questions asked.What I loved about this conversation was that seeker was paying attention and wasn’t mechanical about interviewing. It lead to great follow up questions and in a way got sadhguru to touch upon so many burning aspects of seekers . Think I watched this on Aubrey's channel. I was amazed at the types of questions he asked and Sadhguru's answers were amazing as always. I liked the more complex approach of answering the questions bringing up several topics at once.

Thank you , living in the moment . Forget about the past, don't worry about the future . I lived for long time with regrets . No more!!! No more!!! I myself created misery from past mistakes . Everything was black. Was stock , couldn't get out of it. No one wants to be there , so dark . I literally had tell myself to stop thinking like that.. Today , whenever my mind takes me back to past regrets I stop immediately and tell myself . It is what it is , can't change it, so don't do this to myself it is not helping . I think I changed my mind to immediately clear negative thoughts . I did it to myself , nobody did that to me. blaming someone for my life mistakes didn't help me , just made me more angry. I don't want to be angry so living in the moment is the best for me . I made my life so complicated , my choice , and thinking that other people think the same created my problems . To find person that is uniquely for me it's not easy, so I choose to be happy by myself . Whatever time I have left on this earth I enjoy the nature, because it's so relaxing . I do things that I love to do.
