Banana Cake with Oil | how to make banana cake with oil

This recipe is from frostingandfettuccine.com/ban... and it is so good. The day I created this video was the first time I tried this recipe and the only thing I have adjusted for the other times I repeated it was the sugar level just because it was too sweet for me. I reduced it from 1 1/2 cup to 1 cup. If you’re not a sweet tooth, 2/3 cup of sugar is perfect.
P.S anytime you have overripe bananas just switch to banana cake, never throw them out.
INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup (225 g) banana , ripe, mashed.
* 3 large eggs
* 1 cup (218 g) vegetable oil
* 2 tsp (2 tsp) vanilla extract
* 1 cup (200 g) sugar
* 2 cups (240 g) all purpose flour
* 1 tsp (1 tsp) baking powder
* 1/2 tsp (0.5 tsp) baking soda
* 1/2 tsp (0.5 tsp) salt
