    Whatever you said is really true..during my 1st pregnancy I kept myself ready for the normal delivery only by having a strong thought throughout the pregnancy that in earlier times delivery was done only normally, so why can't I deliver a baby so easily and smoothly and the result was same

      Same, kept telling myself I was made for this, my body can and will handle everything well with a still mind, focus on the process and proper breathing.

    When I had my first baby being in labor I relaxed and just breathed then my contractions went away 😊👍🏾

      @Birth-Bliss he was a 9 lb baby I pushed him out in 15 minutes and then I was 42 weeks pregnant having him. That's the other part of the story LOL 🙌🏾😂

    I am 35 weeks and 5 days..

    I gave birth for the first time 13 days ago, well wish I'd seen this video before I did!! Midwives helped me a lot and tried their best to keep me calm I can't speak poorly about any of the people that cared for me whilst I was in the hospital xx

    Love your videos!!! Thanks you for the helpful tips.. I will rewatch this video when I’m close to getting into labour.
    Your voice and tone are so comforting and makes me feel confident that I can do this.(still im my 1st trimester) Have you ever thought of being a doula lol? Your energy is definitely one I would want around when its “go time”

      Thank you for your kind words! That means a lot to me🥹 And yes I started out on this journey providing labor support to individual women but then I felt called to reach more mamas and that’s why I started this channel.

      This is a great idea for a future video. For now focus on eating lots of protein and real food (instead of highly processed foods). And it’s a wonderful idea to do the baby bonding meditation to find out what babies might have to tell you about how you can best support them.
