I got a PS five slim. How do I get back my saving data if I never was a member PlayStation plus I thought as long as you have your account you’ll save it. It will still be on the drives. I had two different ones one for the PS4 and one for the PS five both drives are saying there’s no data on there. This makes no sense.

You need a membership for cloud backups. If you still have your PS4, watch a video on how to transfer data from one to the other. You can also use a USB and upload data to it to transfer into the ps5.
