Idk how possible changing HP values between forms could have been in gen 3, but I think they could’ve taken 15 points from Attack and/or Special Attack and put that into HP.
@_-Bane-_Main Changing HP values between forms would have definitely been possible even back then, since the forms could only be changed outside of battle (in fact, in Gen 3 the forms are dependant on the games themselves, so they're even more separated then they were later on). If evolution can change HP correctly, then form shifts completely outside of battle can also change HP correctly.
Back when pokemon were balanced and had drawbacks for their immense strength. If Rampardos came out in gen 9 he'd gave 170 attack and 135 speed with a signature move that completely breaks the game and forces all pokemon to play around it. Modern pokemon is a joke.
You could’ve also mentioned all of the speedy yet weak Pokemon, like electrode, Talonflame, Persian, etc, that get to almost always move first, but not have the moveset/damage to do anything with that turn advantage
Bastiodon would, maybe not be "saved," but be a lot more usable if they brought back the Legends: Arceus type effectiveness multipliers, where a double weakness to moves has you take only 2.5x damage instead of a whole 4x damage. That, combined with Iron Defense + Body Press sets would make it actually able to survive most Fighting/Ground attacks after one Iron Defense, greatly alleviating its main flaw. Same for other would-be tank mons, like Aggron, Aurorus, and the numerous Rock/Ground types out there.
I thought of lowering regular Pidgeots base attack and make it specifically a SpAtt mon raising that stat to 90 or 100, but give it Extreme Speed then for the lower Base Att to balance it out. Also adding Boom Burst for high neutral dmg. You could run Tera Normal or Tera Flying then and even try offensive west sets and see how a regular no guard pidgeot would go. Focus Blast sounds like a wonderful idea against rock and steel types.
Me encanta este video :) Vi que en tu bio dices que hablas español :DDDD Es difícil encontrar buenos videos de Pokémon en español! Tienes alguna recomendación?
Wow. This young man is very knowledgeable about things that are disappointing, but the real disappointing thing is that he wasn't able to make his father proud by getting an A on his science final. Please study harder next time, son.
Lovely video, some minor issues though. At some point you mispeak and say "steel doesnt fit well with steel" and also a factual error regarding psychic type resistances. Overall, the video was nice; I dont mind the stuttering at all, it's a part of the learning process so its all well and good.
Was thinking the same thing- probably from accidentally touching/moving the mic. Great video, and this is one thing that could improve future videos 👌🏼
the way to fix Snorlax is take some points of his Sp. Attack and move them to his defense and give him slack off or soft-boiled. I do NOT tolerate the disrespect on ma boi Snorlax.
Mews stats aren't min maxed, it has an even 100 across the board. Also, it's only been legal in 1 vgc format to my knowledge. So there really hasn't been an opportunity to use it.
No offense, I like your videos and all, but you really should proofread your scripts a little better. You stutter, misspeak and mispronounce quite a lot.

the onix problem
You forgot to mention Bastiodon's biggest weakness - he's like, really ugly.
Defensive mons with common 4x weaknesses is so frustrating
I miss the window to a brick wall 😔
My mom changed my room when i was at work without asking

Talonflame at least gets something to click, Tailwind.
Talonflame can be good with flame body U turn pivot and gets utility
Talon flame really fell from grace
@@LarryVLe874 it just joined the war on stall (on the side of the stall)
Deoxys defense looks snuggly

One of my favorite up and coming competitive pokemon channels. Glad to be along for the ride

I loved that bastrodon had fire blast and loved him on my team but he got bodied so easily by and fighting type move
close combat staraptor has entered the chat

Hell yeah new Chuxsss video, im listening to this while i get ready to go vote (pray for me im trans in a red state in usa)
My favourite fact about Deoxys Defense is that its physical bulk is almost the exact same as Iron Bundle in snow.
I think they should give Deoxys defense magic guard, it won't solve all of his problems but I'm sure it will give him some usage in OU
Another bad thing about mega pedgiott is that
It uses your damn mega slot

you really made me say “I have another woman and I have 3 kids with her” to my gf. preciate you so much.
LMAO my bad bad gang
I like the pear guy in ur banner
next lets do minmaxed pokemon who are busted
Iron Bundle Flutter Mane Pheromosa and Deoxys come to mind
alternatively, non minmaxed pokemon who are still good (clefable, rotom-w, etc)
It would be a long video. Regileki, ogrepon, chandelur, both urshifu. Ect
Love the video though there are some strange scratching(?) sounds throughout
Was thinking the same thing- probably from accidentally touching/moving the mic. Great video, and this is one thing that could improve future videos 👌🏼
It’s funny how clefable is the complete opposite of this, pretty general spread but always clears uu

GF just pretend it doesn't exist, they do that, so it will never be improved.
4:07 It also resists fighting
Mega beedrill is pretty good, and cetitan can be good in trick room or haul teams vgc wise.
Deoxys defence does not suck it was a 3X uber it’s just one of the 100s of victims of powercreep
Bless me for I have coughed
This video makes me sad.
I don’t think much can be done to save these Pokémon 😢
Snorlax should get slack off though.
ants
surprised you didnt mention mew considering the fact that he has never top cut a pokemon vgc tournament

"no offense" than proceeds to be rude asf looool
But that's peak thoo. Clumsyness isn't always bad, its not such a serious topic
@@gaspful It's called constructive criticism.
No offense,
Only defense!
thing is the BKC fanbase who are here do not give a fuck about that
