    60 years old and just ran my first ever marathon in Frankfurt. I purchased and followed your Level 2 Improver plan. I met my goal and beat Oprah's time. The last 6 miles were harder but I felt strong. Thanks for preparing such a great training plan, and also for the useful and inspiring content here on UA-cam!

    Question, I am finishing up a running coach certification, but I do not want to try and just run out and start coaching. I want to find a coaching mentor to learn from and build a better foundation so I don't go out and hurt somebody from not coaching properly. Do coaching mentors even exist?

    I have plantar fasciitis; I notice it when I stand for a long time or am barefoot. I also have shin splints which I feel whenever I run. I’m having trouble deciding which running shoes could solve my problem, but I hope they aren’t too expensive because I’m on a budget. Please, I need your professional advice. Thank you.

    my whole life playing lacrosse doing warm ups always thought they were called "karaoke's" and now at 40 i have learned the correct pronunciation instead of falling asleep laying in bed 😴🤣

    These have always been called drills and it puts people off doing them (not your fault, Ben!). They are important. We should refer to them as leg looseners or form improvers or something a bit less military.
