Very neat, similar hammer strikes in FMA like Yaw-yan, and nice to see how it can smoothly connect to grappling and BJJ.

For anyone in Dade-Miami you might look up master Dr Russ Rogg(Dr of oriental medicine). Shendo Goju Ryu is a style he mixed-created,40 years back, quite similar. Super nice guy....known him 40 years. My son studied under him,at age 11-12 for 7-8 years and is currently practicing in the Ralegh NC area.
He's a degree from an oriental med school in Santa Fe NM,PHD Oriental medicine-herbalist, Dr Andrew Nowosad, and teaches women these types of moves.Three or four moves, threat over, ambulance needed. Much like the gent making these Tube vids, grab him, or whoever he may be with, it'll be over in seconds and you'll be headed to the ER....as it should be. These kinds of guys don't get out of breath or even "mad" They humbly shake their heads and wish it never had occurred.

Has any body heard of Karate - Jjitsu? There is a school in my hometown of Las Vegas I’m thinking about training at. At the school it saids the instructor teaches BJJ and karate - jitsu. Just seeing if anybody has any knowledge on that.

A lot of old timers studied several traditional arts, combined certain things from each, and now have "their own". Even Master Bruce and Chuck Norris.JCVD has his own too, yet studied several.Jackie Chan is from another planet ! So is Bolo. Incredible guys all. I did plain ol kick boxin ,Tae, with a lil judo and my uncle was a golden glove boxer in the Navy...65 years back. I'm nothing but a redneck brawler (long retired)with a few tricks from the judo girl, named Tanya, Russ Rogg and my uncle. I have a purple pant holder upper from 1974... Kenpo system. Kenpo is kinda like ballet meets kung fu ? Odd stuff but the katas will make you super flexible.I was also a gymnbast(rings) back then so I liked it. No contact, no sparring...just moving like an insect, SUPER important if flex to not get injures easily. Stretch every day...however you like but DO IT. Tai chi is enjoyable for that reason Watch the sun come up, stretch and then go eat sausage gravy, bacon, creamed cafe and a bloody mary ! I call it doug-fu....LOL
