- In 2013, I climbed Scotland's 282 mountains over 3,000ft in three months. A version of this film was transmitted on BBC Alba the following summer. This is my personal cut.

Brilliant M8. I reached my 1,000th Munro summit 25 years ago and cannot now do 3 miles on the flat. Your attitude annd tremendous commentary, however, is a wonderful reminder. Thanks.

I stumbled across this video this morning when I first came into my gallery. Something made me start to watch it, even before I'd put the gallery lights on! 49 minutes later I had done NOTHING at work, but had been utterly captivated by your challenge, your insights, your highs and lows and even more importantly for me, your infectious enthusiasm for the outdoors and wild places.
Even though we didn't see every peak, even Ben Nevis which would have been a strange contrast in terms of busyness, we didn't need to. Yes I'd have watched this for another hour for more juicy footage and insights, but it worked nevertheless. It gave me a much better idea about the sheer range of Scottish peaks, and the different character of many.
I loved the way you spoke from the heart, a heart you wore on your sleeve. Right at the end, I had tears in my eyes for you!!! I thought it poignant that on Ben Hope you let your friends walk off before you, leaving you alone on the hill. I think I'd want that precious moment alone too, to reflect on everything you'd achieved, but also the personal spiritual / mental journey you'd been on and whether it had changed you in any way.
I think many of us can take much away with us from your challenge, which for me and it seems any others, was truly inspirational. Your humbleness is a massive bonus. Would love to meet you one day for real.

I'm going to start Munro Bagging in a few days. I'm not aiming for any time, probably a few years at least.
Loved hillwalking when I was younger, but piled on the weight since then and I'm looking to shed it all. So starting off easy (I hope) with Ben Lomond 😅
The ones that are genuinely scaring me are the Cuillins. They look so intimidating.

Fantastic achievement and a fantastic video, it really struck a chord. You achieved in 100 days what took me 20 years, 1980-2000. You rekindled memories of the joy of high camps, great both nights, the characters one met along the way and the sense of achievement upon completion. Thank you, I really enjoyed that.

Hi Kevin, I've only just come across this film...a grand achievement to be sure but also a fantastic film in which you come across so well. I've been climbing mountains for a long time now but I was enormously inspired following your ups and downs of the trip. Three years late perhaps, but a belated congratulations to you Kevin!
Nice achievement. Weather was bad last year. I was cycling LEJOG in May and travelling through the Glencoe pass was hell on Earth. Working on the Munros now with 50 completed...

Excellent vid, amazing achievement. Embarking on the making of my own Munro adventure in August, unfortunately only a weekend, but planning to do Nevis along to the Grey Corries (day 55 of your in reverse) and the following day, Aonach Eagach. Looking forward to it even more after watching this

Really enjoyed watching the story of your amazing Munro round Kevin. Earlier this year I walked the South West Coast Path and realise now what a minor achievement this was by comparison. Love the idea of a round but think it would be way too much for my aged carcass these days - perhaps 30 years ago! A great video, a great achievement!
