Hey Andrew I've been in Boca Raton for about 10 years, great video, I don't see one negative out of those eight categories, looking forward to retiring to Vero as I turn 67 in 1 month🎉
A direct hit from a Cat 5 hurricane would mean that a good portion of the barrier island would be more than a bit moist. On the mainland, there are many places that are in flood zones. So if you are interested in the mainland, please select your home location carefully. Hurricanes can bring a lot of rain. Dorian sat over the Bahamas for a couple of days in 2019 and dropped a couple feet of rain. Make sure your property can handle that.
Great comment! Thank you for sharing. A lot of newer developments are bringing the street/ homes to a higher elevation to bring homes out of the FEMA flood maps. I caution people who are looking into Royal Park and Mcansh park. These communities are beautiful, but the homes are ground level to the flood zones streets. Even Nicole, which was only a Cat 1 brought major flooding to these areas
As a marketer, I love what you're doing with these videos (great video title, by the way), and as someone planning a move to Vero Beach, I found the content entertaining and informative as well.
yeah, i think about it every day, im looking forward to coming back gome to florida, i should be headed back late this fall, early next spring at the latest, im currently helping my father fix up his house in GA, i miss florida every day, im looking forward to the beach and the over all life again i used to have
1. It ain't southern 2. heat & humidity 3. all kinds of driving styles 4. wildlife: sharks, gators, bobcats, coyotes, jelly fish 5. no Costco, Whole Foods, or Trader Joe's 6. Difficult for allergy sufferers. 7. Storms: Rain, Tropical storms, Hurricanes 8. New construction is hard to find for house hunters.
i love the access i have in florida, i get around by bike and i can get around everywhere in fl very easily , as well as i easily access neighboring towns plus the weather is more conducive for that year round, my gardening, fishing, among many other things i used to do when i was in florida, homeward bound ! im on my way soon as i finish up with things here in ga with my father, im on a waitlist fora nice little apartment villa in vero beach,i cant wait, im so excited !
actually florida has been best for my allergies, my breathing has been best in east fl, due to the breeze, so while its humid, its not nearas humid as say ga, or middle of the state
oh i love florida ( the east coast 0 middle of the state is far too humid, b ut east coast is not as bad, but while it has its negatives, the positives far outweighs the negatives, i have lived all over and i have always been happiest, healthiest and most active in florida, i found also ''southern hospitality'' can be rare and quite fake especially if you are not from their state ( i lived in tennessee for 5 years) hated it, people were stupid, they were rude, the weather sucked etc. but i lived in jupiter, palm beach gardens, and port st. lucie, and i loved it,im currently in GA helping out my father fix up his house, but i am so excited to be headed back home to florida once i am done helping him with his house. i miss it. and yes service industry sucks pretty much all around these days, but over all when i lived in florida, while i met my share of jerks, most people were pretty cool and i had no trouble making friends and healthy relationships.
Thank you you seem like an awesome dude. I probably won’t move to Vero B. Florida but if I did you would be my guy👍 I want to vacation there and treasure hunt the beach for Spanish coins. 1715 treasure fleet wrecks 👋
There`s a reason why young people have always and I do mean always called this place zero beach..plenty of dishwashing jobs though..don`t forget Labor Finders are usually looking for help..if you don`t mind doing construction..in south florida..for minimum wage
Most of my friends are either realtors, sell insurance, nurses, hospitality, or construction. Not too much more in this county, you are correct! For remote workers this area is perfect.

Appreciate that Mark! When you get over here we should talk, I’d like to work together to think of new marketing strategies.

Moved to VB 4 years ago from MO and the humidity is about the same. The difference is that we have the ocean 🌊 breeze breaks it up.
Thanks for the info. This help a lot as I was thinking of moving there.
You’re welcome!

I don’t understand realtors who aren’t real! I’m making videos for my future neighbors/ friends!

I still not use to even after living here since 2001!
It definitely takes some adjusting! I’m jealous of the snowbirds!
Andrew, What year did you move to Vero Beach? I live in Palm Bay.
I was born here. 28 years so far
Be honest, is Vero Beach nicer than Palm Bay? I'm looking at houses in both for retirement next year.
Florida-God's waiting room.
Everywhere is God's waiting room.
Do you find homes for your clients in Sebastian area as well?
Yes I do! My business is about 50% Sebastian and 50% Vero.
They’re only about 15-20 minutes apart from each other.
Vero Beach Here Correct about Hair And Driving I Say Trains Planes Automobiles
