I was born in Vero Beach and lived in Sebastian until we moved in 1988 to Georgia. Absolutely loved my childhood there but don’t miss the heat. Loved living near the beach though.
I have visited friends near Tampa and I hated it - miles and miles of strip malls and red lights. Sounds like it's more like the old Florida a little bit.
Honeslty, I dont need to make a bunch of money or fancy clothes All i really want is an ease of mind & safety It has a walmart & is one of the safest places compared to my state
Sebastian definitely gives you that peace of mind! I see a lot of family's buy in Sebastian for that reason. Sebastian Walmart is really good as well, I personally use Walmart + to get my groceries delivered!
very nice place came there to see a friend for 3 weeks very relaxing was 82 degrees in November wasn't humid went back to uk in december to minus 7 last year rather do the warm then the cold
Oh I feel your pain! I was originally from Minnesota and the year I left there, it was -55 degrees Fahrenheit! Its suuuper hot currently here in Sebastian though!

I just sold one in the Collier Club, fantastic subdivision with tons of activity's for the residents. To answer you question, they wont have septic issues since they are on county water and sewer, so thats great. As far as the plumbing, they shouldnt be having issues. The problem lies with the homes in Sebastian built in the 70s and 80s that used cheap copper plumbing. Homes in Collier Club were built in the mid to late 2000's I did a video about Collier Club if you'd like to check it out! Please feel free to reach out, I'd love to help you find a home!
"Earl's Dive Biker Bar"...you nailed it. But don't forget their famous for pizza. Made with fresh blood sauce and eyeballs scraped off the floor. Too bad Florida has become a cesspool of hatred because of politics and distain for the snow birds.
If u like weekly craft shows and the 3 dead man band playing in the park this is the spot and dont forget the city corruption along with Sebastian daily news advertising 24 seven
we recently bought a home in Sebastian. All the cons are our pros 😍
I love living in sebastian. Has the small town feel i had as a kid. All these cons are no problem for us.
No Mall? Mom and Pop stores THAT IS A PRO
Just about everything you need is in Palm Bay or West Melborne.
You can bundle up in the cold. You can't strip off your skin in 100 % humidity.
