Good instructions but would have been easier to understand if you used a fabric where you could clearly see right side from other side…. So you put the leg with right side out into the leg that has wrong side out - essentially so that right sides are together?
For future videos, please sew in a different color. It's really hard to see the details in black. Also, although you tried on the finished pants, only the waist top part was shown. Would have been nice to have gotten a full shot of the finished product, all the way down to your ankles.

I don’t have an over locker . Is there another way ?
Yes you can use a zig-zag stitch on your normal sewing machine to finish the raw edge or use pinking shears xx
