- In this video I show how to create 2 different "extra oscillators" that you can use to create melodies over a bass sequence. There are a lot of different games and techniques that you can explore with this template. I hope you will share what you discover with me.

It’s like figuring out a magic trick! It’s so cool seeing you do this work!
Thanks! Exploring this synth is like a gift that keeps giving.
I've been going through all of these as a refresher along with the new patchbook and I can't thank you enough for this series!
Thank you! Yeah, the new patch book is really fun and is giving me some new ideas. Have fun patching!
A lot of games for sure! Awesome video, my friend. I love the way you break it down. All is so good, especially 18:25 or there about is so fun. I am going to be going back and learning what is going on there. Got me going! Thank you.
Thanks S.R. Wilson! I’m super into this cool little community we got going on around Pulsar and SOMA. Definitely did not see it coming when I picked up my Pulsar!
wow, great series of videos! there's a bunch of things here i don't fully understand ( which is perfect for learning my new pulsar :D )
“A bunch of thing I don’t fully understand.” Is a good definition of the Pulsar-23! :)
Really cool! Thanks for the inspiration
Thanks friend! I’d love to see some more Pulsar videos from you. Thinking about making some more?

What does the diode do to the circuit from the CV pad?
Right! I did not address that in this video.
Ok, so when you put your finger (or coin) on the CV pad it will send voltage to the S/H circuit. This will hold whatever voltage that is currently being produced by the SHAOS module. So rather than the bass module playing a series of different pitches it will just play whatever the pitch is that corresponds to the Held voltage from the SHAOS module.
I demonstrate this functionality in my video about melodic bass lines.
Sorry for the late response!
