That copper was actually pretty decent. He obviously doesn't understand the law regarding travelling via private conveyance. Which actually doesn't require a licence tax or mot. And insurance is optional (dependant on if you have enough money to cover costs if something is your fault). And providing that your car (private conveyance) is not registered to an organisation such as the dvla. And is peraonally owned and maintained by yourself.
