Its pronounced "KEE-nye". As an Alaskan, this upsets me 😉 beautiful pistol tho! But I'm hard pressed to go with the 1911 platform for bear defense since the glock 20 has double the capacity.

Todd nailed it. I was a tour guide in the Kenai peninsula.
I’d be fine with 10 rounds in 10mm for bear….. don’t forget that the old standard for bear protection in AK. was 6 rounds from revolvers. I was told by an old hunting guide to aim for the shoulder of a charging bear, which halts the charge and rolls him where you can take follow up shots without him advancing. Head shots are usually deflected by the profile angle of a charging bear.
I got my eyes on this exact model for my 1st custom 1911. I plan to appendix carry that baddie. Nice review fellas!

I pitted my LB Premier 2 against my Kimber 10mm Rapid today. Neither gun has 100 rounds through it. More operator error than anything lol. Both shot well.

now days I think having a subsonic ammo is more important than power, but I used to want a 1911 in 357 magnum or 30 carbine, but the 7.5 FK Brno is another new round thats even cooler I think.

Tou did not cause that last jam. It's the mag. Your grip fundamentals are solid. Try chip McCormick mags . They never fail me.
