My friend owns 2 condos here. She charges way less than what you paid. I've stayed here for 6months, loved it but it got really hot & had to constantly leave the air con on. The fan didn't really do much.
That is rip off. And I'm sorry but there is nothing luxurious in this apartment. Is basic and that kind of money for Chang Mai, does not.look like a good deal.
I didn't hear you say just how small this condo is. I mean small. At $750, that's about 24000 Baht, this is way overpriced. I hope you haven't signed the lease yet. It doesn't sound like I can trust your judgement on anything else. BYE

WOW. $750 is 23.000 THB, you should not be paying more than 12.000 THB for that apartment. Sorry but that is just not realistic...
