- A massive thank you goes to Great Eastern Model Railways which is where I purchased this loco from.
Another brilliant loco from Bachmann. This time it's in the form of class 37371 in the stunning Railfrieght livery with red stripe. This model is the deluxe spec meaning it has "better" glazing and working fan.
This loco through out is stunning from the over all finish of the paint work to the interior finish of the cabs to the quality of the running.
A worth while buy.....most definitely yes

Very expensive but a much better bet than the unreliable (but gorgeous) Accurascale 37.
Ya it is, but thankfully the shops ain't selling them full Bachmann price. Probably had no choice with the Accurascale being so "cheap" lol. The Bachmann one do have there little issues because Rails Of Sheffield replaced my other 37 with a brand new one. Cheers. They think the motor had vibrated loose. 👍

Hi, very good review of a great looking class 37 loco, i have a similar Bachmann loco without the red sole bar, Railfreight grey is such a great looking livery, the working fan looks amazing and it swings if for me because they look the part in my opinion, if only Hornby had decent working fans on their 21pin HST sets, thanks for sharing.

Ya they really are. Wow 3 out 4. I think Accurascale are most definitely still finding there feet in the model world and what works and what doesn't. I do have Accurascale Class 37 on order...so let's what and see..lol...cheers for the comment. 👍

Hi, i couldn't help noticing the JJA auto ballaster wagons, did you see the 3x Hornby green livery ballaster coaches that have been on offer for ages? i got mine from kernow about 10 months ago for £19 each, i have 8 auto ballaster wagons so far and hope to collect a few more if and when the price is right, your brother has a great collection, thanks for sharing.
Ya my bro has a bloody nice collection of stock that I'm a little jealous of. Lol. No I did not, wow, £19, now that has to be the bargin of the century and what are they usually retailing for?👍 Good on you for getting them, you'll probably be waiting a while for them to be at that price again. Ya the JJA wagon are pretty sweet and I do have a little soft spot for them...just don't like the price there are going for at the moment....$$$. Your welcome. 👍👍
@@mrmartinb1615 Hi, if you look around a few shops still have them for £19-£23 each, they retail for £35-£40 plus if you don’t look thoroughly, I like the Hornby Mk1 Balfour Beatty crew coach in the silver livery, so far I’ve seen it for £29 in a couple of retailers shops, if it comes down a bit more I will get one also the Brake Force Mk1 runner coaches Hornby do as well, again when the price falls I will invest in them. The JJA wagon are superb in so many ways, it took me months to collect 8 of them all in mint condition, 4x generator and 4x non-generator wagons all from eBay at the right time, like you said the prices are criminal at the moment, the non-generator wagons go for mad money…….£100 plus which is obscene in my opinion, the generator models go for about £50-£60 so anymore than that is too expensive, there are loads on eBay for silly money and they will stay there because modellers know that some sellers are doing their dodgy best to rip modellers off! Ever since Bachmann re-released the JJA wagons the prices have gone silly, the new wagons are in the latest livery and they’re weathered from factory, I’m not a fan of weathered items I prefer pristine items all day long.
