Besides you can still read one piece officially for free and it’s not like there are ads so scans don’t really affect much. Buying the volume is the best way to support.

I was saying this to all the people who wanted a full battle that noway Roger was serious about battle till death ,, and it will kill this arc but this chapter was soooo amazing we finally saw the sky island connection not to mention Momo went to the last island xD

Then I found your channel some 8-9 years ago and was introduced to the larger One Piece community online. I've enjoyed listening to your theories and opinions even if I didn't always agree with them and appreciated experiencing your perspective. Non prime Marco, Vista, Jozu took on the pirate Kings crew for three days, that's impressive.
Also got some more respect for Akainu, dude wanted all the smoke against the all Whitebeard commanders, plus croc.
Paul Lindsay pretty sure they were double and triple teaming lol Rayleigh and Scopper at that moment were yonko tier undeniably, and nobody on WB crew is even remotely near admiral tier besides Oden and BlackBeard

Oden is yonko tier Roger and prime wb are stronger than the current yonko. Wb most likely had some admiral level dudes and they just didn't get any shine in the flash back otherwise Roger pirates would've washed unless oden is strong enough to fight Rayleigh and scopper at the same time for three days

I thought the reason Newgate didn't use any type of haki during the marine war is because he was very ill, the more he used it the more he coughed out blood.
For clashing against Oden, I'll say the reason he didn't coat his bison is because he knows Oden isn't on equal footing. Oden's strong but not THAT strong if you know what I mean.
Clashing with Roger is a whole different story, Their blades didn't even connect and it sent shockwaves across the island.
You know WhiteBeard and Gol D Roger were on a whole monster level lol

Matreiki he’s also sitting on snow. Luffy said in Drum Island that someone at a bar (probably shanks) told him that people who live in snowy places don’t sleep, otherwise they die.

Oda hinted Blackbeard's possible origin 800+ chapters ago back in the Drum island arc. Let me explain.
Oda drew Blackbeard as a kid, who's shown to be crying at NIGHT with a half moon in the background. The crazy part is, there's a piece of SNOW under his feet.
Snow? And why is this has to do with snow?
Well, let's go back to the time where the named "Blackbeard" was ever FIRST mentioned in the manga.
It was in Drum island arc (A very snowy place)
In chapter 133 , Dalton said that Blackbeard Pirates went and destroyed Drum Island in a blink of an eye.
Next chapter later (134), Luffy brought up an interesting topic to Sanji that there was a guy from a bar (Makino's bar, Shanks?) told him that there are people who live in snowy countries that don't sleep. Because if they do, they'll die.

It's incredible to me how Roger IS the one spearheading the pursuit for Knowledge of the world, and not one of his crewmates. The words he left in sky island indicate that he knows of Rio ponyglyphs and that gathering all stones information is what will unlock it, hence " I will guide this text to the end of the world".

I think Luffy is a champion for morality and justice. Once it is revealed just how corrupt the Tenryuubito Celestial Dragons and the World Government really are and just how deep they were involved in concealing the Void Century (assuming something unspeakably evil and unjust happened during this period), then Luffy would TOTALLY get involved in exposing the truth.

If you look at the last page of the previous chapter (Chapter 965), where Roger holds the defeated marine guy, we get a pretty good look at his sword. Now if you look at the cover page of Chapter 838 (Bropper) we also clearly see Shanks' sword. Both have this curved extension of the guard, which ends in a slight swirl at the end of the handle. In previous chapters and in the anime the handle of Shanks' sword looked slightly different, so I don't think it is a coincidence that Oda changed it and also designed Rogers sword to look that similar to Shanks'. Of course that is no proof, but still makes you wonder.

Buggy and shanks are both have excellent instincts. It's on the level where they could both understand the voice of all things if they trained. However, shanks used his ability to get stronger while buggy used his to run away to a place the government wouldn't look for him.
Now that you mention it, there are quite a few people who just don't get sick or are born with abnormal power. You take big mom, kaidou, Blackbeard, luffy and zoro, and you can't tell me there's something going on behind the scenes making some people much stronger than others. My guess? Something happened in the void century which made this unnatural strength pop up to combat devil fruits. When you think about it, it's only the unnatural kids who grow up to get haki. I think the d clan is so hated by the world government because they made either the devil fruits or this unnatural strength possible.
Really want to see how Blackbeard gave Shanks his scar.
Hopefully we get it in this flashback
Hero Hunter Dabi shanks doesn’t have the scar during the first flashback with Oden and Roger’s crew, though. And that definitely took place after this.

Teach never sleeping fits with the idea that he is essentially three people in the same body (or however the theory goes). Being three persons would enable him/them too eat three devil fruits (a logia, a paramecia, and presumably a zoan), it would explain his three-headed jolly roger, and the "not him, they"-comment in Mock Town. If he's three persons in one body, maybe they take turn sleeping so that someone is always awake. Or something weird like that.

Dude haki was colored black after the timeskip to emphasize attcks with haki. Haki is being thrown all out during the war but just didnt visualize it. Doesnt mean no color=no haki 😑😕😑😕😑
