Hello, thank you very much for this recipe, can't wait to try it :) Can you pleas answer me what is the red thing you took at 04:40 to eat with sandwich?
I love Falafel, but had no clue there was a way to make it spicy without a dip or without messing up the recipe. So I just need Cayenne Pepper when making it? Thanks for the tip, I will now subscribe ^^
looks so yummy.. do you use aish baladi on 4:06 ? If so, can you give the recipe of this bread please? (as far as I remember, it was the name of the bread that is similar to pita bread)
hi i need the recipie of other sauces that go in the tameeya sandwitches. i ate from old cairo souq , but ever since never found that taste at any place in gulf
Why did you use an egg? i have made felafels for 30 years since visiting Cairo and never used eggs. I do not think that is authentic sorry. I also do not think you need baking powder. :)
There are many recipes for falafel 🥙. Eggs make it fluffy not compact in texture. Feel free to not add eggs or baking soda if you prefer the texture to be compact.
Ahln beeky 😊 I prefer to use green onions as it has more fibers and some people use regular onions too. So it’s not really a rule. You do what you like 😊

hi i need the recipie of other sauces that go in the tameeya sandwitches. i ate from old cairo souq , but ever since never found that taste at any place in gulf
Do you remember the name of it? Or it’s color? So that I can see what you are talking about 🧆
😍😋🤤
If no lemon juice what substitute?
2 drops of vinegar
What kind of oil do you use to fry the falafel?
Vegetable oil or corn oil
Can I ask why do you use egg or baking soda?
To make it fluffy not compact/dense.
Some people like it dense though, but mostly it’s better when it’s fluffy.
@@savvybites5498 thank you!
You are welcome
Thank you sister i liked the food but you didn't show us making the sandwich
You are very welcome 😃 you mean the Pita bread dough? In this video I used store bought Pita bread.

Is that called Tamia
Yes, in Egypt it’s called Tamia while in other countries they call it Falafel 🧆
@@savvybites5498 in egypt we say Flafel also it's the right name
@@archmrmr7203 right, depends on the region
In ägypt. Tamäa kommen keine Eier..

Is the taste with normal onions also good?
That should be fine
