Join us for an unique insight into the training locations of the NN Running Team athletes in Kenya, Uganda and Ethiopia.
The NN Running Team was launched in 2017 to provide athletes with access to better coaching, medical care and additional athlete support services. Since its inception its athletes have run world records, won Marathon Majors, and claimed Olympic and world titles. Among its star athletes include; Eliud Kipchoge, Joshua Cheptegei, Letesenbet Gidey, Yalemzerf Yehualaw & Geoffrey Kamworor.

I am 79 years old still running.I agree in training on dirt,gravel.
That is where i have been doing my training for years.
I only put my feet on the road asphalt only when i race.
I do not have any problems with my legs at all.
In all these years i have never had an injury.
If i need to do fast work,i do it on a normal Cork track that we have here in Italy

Outstanding video from NN Running Team. Beautiful locations in East Africa to train. The one location that really gets me is the track in Uganda 🇺🇬 located at 2600 meters altitude, and the session was 14 x 1000 meters.......brutal session at any altitude!

Kenya 🇰🇪 and Ethiopia 🇪🇹 should be ashamed. They are power house of short middle and long distance runners but they don't have a good track for training. That Uganda 🇺🇬 track looks better.
Kenya 🇰🇪, Uganda 🇺🇬 and Ethiopia 🇪🇹 need to do something on training equipments.
Competition is becoming tougher.
