I started watching your cooking videos about 6 months ago, after I followed your vlog channel and have been subbed to Rachel for about 3 years. I love your recipes and all of the things you make. I can barely boil water and you make everything seem so easy to make! I have tried a few of your recipes and they are always perfect. Keep it up, you are AMAZING!!!!!

Beautiful presentation. This is an interesting take on the technique of making chai. I usually steep the tea, spices and milk all together in a pot and sieve off. I also crush my spices in a mortar and pestle. It is interesting to see other ways do doing things. Thanks.

Another great video!! - and about the whole show off thing, you're not at all. It's all about presentation and inspiring the viewer to try it out! If it was long and boring you wouldn't even finish watching the video. Byron you do a great job at summarising how to make an entire meal/drink in just a few minutes and I love the level of visual detail you include. Constructive criticism is one thing but unnecessary comments are another and the majority of viewers enjoy watching! :)

Sometimes I do 1:1 ratio of chai to vanilla flavoured soymilk. I steep the tea and then milk together in the pot with some sugar/honey for a while and pour it into the french press and that will also give you a tonne of foam.

ByronTalbott Your recipes are really amazing, I've been watching so many of your videos. I love that you keep it short and simple. I have a question though: You forgot to list the vanilla pod in the description, or is there a reason for leaving it out? Also, I was wondering, don't I have to cut the vanilla pod open before I add it to the milk, so the pulp can come out? Or doesn't it matter for the flavor?
