Mistake on the recipe card that I listed: it says ginger twice. It should read 3/4 teaspoon CINNAMON. FYI oopsie.

I am not at all interested in cooking videos but wanted to support your channel. I like scones any way they come - circles squares, triangles or blobs

Oooo Pumpkin & Chocolate Scones AND Jamie Fraser - be still my heart - LOL!!! Great recipe and a nice video - love your enthusiasm!! . Just a suggestion - perhaps tell your audience why the recipe is one of your favorites. Was the recipe handed down to you from a relative, friend, or did you stumble upon it in a magazine? Was it something your mother made when you were a child? Did you and your mother have tea parties during your formidable years? You could also talk more about the ingredients - i.e. the medicinal properties of cinnamon and ginger. Do you prefer wheat over white flour and why - also mention the nutrient values of each (or the lack thereof). Is there a brand of flour you prefer - King Arthur, Gold Medal, etc.... How long has the recipe been a tradition in your family and why. Also - - folks may be interested in the importance of (and lost art of) setting a nice table - even if it's just to eat a scone and drink some tea. They also may be interested in the antique plates, cups and saucers that you are fond of. Are they handed down from family or are you a collector of fine china? Sooooooo many stepping off points to fill in the quiet space in the video and let your audience learn more about you. I know it can be difficult to talk, and concentrate on what you're doing at the same time. OH - and my favorite scone shape is the triangle - but - I absolutely LOVE the fluted circles that you make - very elegant and absolutely adorable!!! Thank you so much for sharing the recipe.... and I'm off to the inter webs to find that fabulous apron!!! ❤

I like you episodes in the kitchen! Just last evening I went back to get your apple muffin recipe. I love scones! And I cut mine out also. Left to my own devices they would be rather odd shaped. Thanks so much for sharing. I’ve got some baking to do!
