      You are so right! Do you know if Charles was killed in the same house that he called police for help earlier? He had reported her bizzarro and threatening behavior, as well as his concerns for the safety of his children. That had to have been a unique call, so it's outrageous that police didn't connect these dots until after the children had been murdered. So sad and senselessly. 😢 Hope Lori is found guilty and NEVER walks free. She has no conscience and is extremely dangerous.

    Nate just s a note about Lori's note taking. I learned from watching the Depp Vs Heard trial, that when you have a Hugely unpopular defendant, like Amber Heard or Lori, especially one like both of them that are unable to control their facial expressions and inappropriate laughing, smiling, smirking, etc. The defendant's attorney will advise them to take notes to busy their minds, their hands, etc. In the case of Amber Heard, the court Camara caught her doodling little things that meant nothing. At one point, the Camara even caught her pretending to write something. He pen wasn't actually even touching the paper. It made her look like she was feverishly composing rebutles to what the witnesses were testifying to. She frequently would show her note pad to her attorneys as though she was helping them with her defense. But as I said, the Camara had caught the fact that she wasn't actually writing anything. It was all an act. I have a feeling the same thing may be going on with Lori. So she can't sit there and smirk & laugh and become even more unlikable to the jury. See if you can get a glimpse of her note pad. She may not be writing anything other than I heart Chad. Or I'm going to kill Zulema when I get out of here. Or all jail and no castings/😊killings makes Lori a dull girl. 😅

      She was probably under alot of her mother's manipulation as well at that time and there's so little about Tylee coming out in this case like everyone just forgot that she existed. They only really realized she was missing while looking for JJ and the one person in her life that wasn't Lori who would have raised any alarm was being tricked by Lori into believing she as still alive. It's incredibly heartbreaking that a 16 year old girl would go missing and nobody seemed to notice and there's nobody to testify, not even any friends, as to how she might have been feeling or thinking throughout the course of all of this

    @danieldougan269 Рік тому +8

    For everyone saying Chandler PD botched this case, I couldn't disagree more. They were masterful.
    Murder cases in which the killer claims self-defense are notoriously difficult to prove. A case like this was even more complicated because it was a conspiracy. They would have to build their case brick by brick, very methodically. There was no way to arrest anyone that day. They had to find a lot more evidence, and they went looking for it.
    They knew there would be a lot more investigating to do after these interviews, and sometimes suspects get sloppy when they think they are in the clear. They wanted to see if Lori and Alex would do something more to incriminate themselves, and they did.
    Detective Ynclan was keeping her cards close to the vest and lulling Lori into a false sense of security. She was playing dumb and "just a girl."
    With that said, they didn't have a crystal ball to predict what would happen next, and they couldn't make an arrest in time to save JJ and Tylee.
    Gilbert PD really did screw up by falling under Lori's spell. But even they sent her for a psych evaluation, and she was released. So, Lori fooled a lot of people as psychopaths often do.

    Oh Miss Ynclan, your interview with Lori was lacking any detective skills. We all watched it. You did not question Lori's actions at all, ask her why she did not JUST GIVE HIM BACK HIS PHONE. You fell for all the bs she fed you. You do not sound guilt-ridden, but I see you responsible in part for the children's deaths. You were so gullible it's unbelievable. Enabler, not investigator.

    • @danieldougan269
      @danieldougan269 Рік тому

      She wasn't gullible at all. She was merely holding her cards close to the vest and lulling Lori and Alex into a false sense of security. She handled the interview like a pro and didn't want Lori to think she was onto her. She knew there would be a lot more investigating to do after this.
      Chandler PD did an excellent job with this complex case. You just don't realize what they were up to.

      The attorneys from both prosecution and defence get together with the judge and estimate the amount of time their presentations will take. This involves getting the witnesses there on time according to presentation schedule, their openings, and closings. Then they jointly arrive at an estimate. Sometimes the trial is shorter, sometimes it is longer. This is done so the judge can schedule other cases as well as fairness to the jurors who have lives outside the trial. 😊

      The standing objection is about any of the evidence and witnesses out of Arizona, because defense argues Charles death doesn't have anything to do with the kids and Tammy's.
      In previous hearings back in February the state explained why they needed the Arizona evidence to prove their case. The judge granted them permission to use it under Idaho's 404B even though Lori's team objected. All Lori's team can do is point that out at every opportunity.

    I'm hearing a new perspective about lori I hadn't considered before. In addition to being a malignant narcissist, she had desperate housewife syndrome. It is incredibly difficult and all consuming taking care of special needs children. And being from an extremely superstitious/religious family, she was expected to adhere to highly challenging and unequal standards of being the perfect housewife/mother. Which became another motive for her murderous behavior. Imo.

      @tammy5926 Рік тому

      All the 'challenges' you describe Lori having have absolutely nothing to do with the reason she killed her kids. There were plenty of people who would have willingly taken the children into their care. No excuses for her behavior. Look at the trail of money, dead bodies, multiple husbands, multiple bank accounts, multiple cell phones and the list goes on. She thought she was the powerful almighty and used her power to do all the heinous crimes she's accused of. Power, money and sex. Just like the prosecution said in the opening statement.

    • @northwildlings6795
      @northwildlings6795 Рік тому

      @Tammy and there's no power, money, or sex being the perfect little housewife is there? No goddess status in being a stay-at-home mom for special needs kid, how dare anyone leave the narcissist lori at home. She took the role at first for the money and stability, but then she got bored. And rumor has it Charles actually did cheat, waiting for confirmation but it would fit her rage . Your attitude is garbage. Open your eyes and be willing to learn. I lived with a malignant narcissist for many years and have studied cluster-b for over 15 years in recovery from the abuse.. Ordinary people tasks are taken as an insult to a narcissist. Sounds like you need to do more research. In fact, what I said was just pointing out the extremely boringly obvious. Lori didn't want to be an ordinary housewife she wanted to be a goddess.
