    25-days after Charles was killed, Lori buys herself a Malachite wedding ring.
    Size 10-ring Malachite ring bought for Chad on Oct. 4th, 15-days before Tammy was killed.
    A little planning, ay Lori?
    July 13th, 2019 text message- Chad>Lori
    The day is coming soon.
    Meanwhile, Lori is ordering rings, wedding attire for each of them, booking flights, planning a Nov.5th wedding, (getting rid of the kids and dog w/ help from brother and hubby-to-be) all before Tammy dies.

    • @jh-ci5oq
      @jh-ci5oq Рік тому +1

      @@Mataylor17 the stauch defense has already affirmed that letecia committed the murder. The evidence proving she did it isn't really debatable. The prosecution is showing her to be fully aware of her actions and understanding of the consequences which she wants to avoid. The only objections from the defense are regarding testimony about interpretations of her behaviors and her mental state. I honestly don't think her council wants to win but wants to avoid future appeals based of ineffective assistance of council. I think the defense here has the same latent motivation but has to work harder bc the prosecution has been remarkably disorganized, which could also lead to appeals based on completely avoidable technicalities. I don't get the feeling either defense council wants their client to be acquitted. It's like vallow's defense is making sure the prosecution leaves no loose threads for future appeals. All of the expert witnesses and investigators have been cross examined in past trials, likely by much more aggressive attorneys who wanted to win. Winning in either of these cases will likely affect public opinion of them very negatively but doing due diligence in spite of obvious guilt means they'd probably kick ass for their clients, granted they hadn't brutally murdered a child.

      He tried. He took JJ to Houston, got a house, arranged a babysitting schedule with Kay and Larry, cut Lori out of the insurance and started the divorce process.
      Then Lori shows up in Houston 6 weeks later, says Charles isn't properly caring for JJ because he hasn't enrolled him in school yet, and brings JJ back to AZ.
      IMO she realized that instead of going through a 4th divorce, she could get insurance money. She didn't want him to get away. She used JJ to lure Charles back to AZ.

    I hate to say this, but Lori’s lawyers are good at picking evidence apart,and it’s scary to think about it only takes one person on the jury to not agree,to end up a “ not guilty” or a retrial could happen…we’ve seen guilty people walk away free or with a very short sentence. I really hope that’s not gonna happen here😱

      @@heatherstafford7287 I tend to actually agree with you now! There was a couple of times where I actually thought they might pick enough holes in Loris story, to make some doubt about just how quilty she was! Such as pointing the finger at Chad and Alex and get the attention off Lori. But since that day, they haven’t been near as sharp!
      But we HAVE seen other cases ( Anthony) where the guilty walks free, despite the overwhelmingly knowledge of her guilt!

      No way. The evidence is so clear that these were premeditated murders. She may not have done the dirty work herself, but she was 100% in on it, and knew exactly what happened, when and where. She said it herself to Colby.

    The state has had plenty of time and a ton of competent witnesses with pretty straightforward testimony and valuable evidence, as well as the benefit of Chad's pretrial strategy. But its like they waited until the night before their semester project was due to get started. Theyre turning in a rough draft. So many people were murdered. The judge sounds super annoyed. The defense actually sounds tired of it; he's basically having to correct their disorganization just to protect the integrity of the trial a lot more than he's refuting any of the evidence as it relates to his client.
