Great video’s I am learning a lot from you I am leaving the automotive trade and joining the agriculture industry and starting at John Deere next week as an apprentice
Thanks for another great video ZK. It was interesting and enjoyable to watch as always with you at the switch. Yes, have missed you, but totally understand your busy schedule with harvest season coming up very very soon. No problem, knew you would get to us as you could. Good to see you again. The X9 combine is a beautiful machine-wow!!!!!! Nice to run one of those I am sure. Good job on realignment of that grain unload auger. The auger is pretty good sized that is for sure. I was surprised at how much you had to align up being this was a new machine. But that is the way it is sometimes. As always, great job getting the auger fixed up. I never would have known to look at the places you showed us. Was a fantastic learning tool once again. Thanks ZK!!!!! The second combine you showed us was pretty straight forward from before experiences you showed us. Those paddle chains are not the easiest but not too hard if you know where to go and how to do it. Guess you will finish that one up in part two of video. Looking forward to that. And also the new gadget you said was waiting at the shop to show us. Can hardly wait ZK. Thanks so far for your teachings to us as always. Enjoy the time you give to us. The Iowa farm boy. Steve. 😊😊👍👋✅🌽🇺🇸🇺🇸
Man those combines are CLEAN! You need to come on down to Arkansas in rice country and work on some of these machines. Night and day difference in cleanliness!
You know the only reason that unloading auger didn't go as easy as normal was you were filming it😂. On the 8400T the front idler pivot pins and bushings are probably wore out if there is a bunch of his on it. Really enjoy your videos!
kinda love your content but I would hazard an guess that you are in the grain belt as I haven't seen any balers, mocos, forage harvesters or tractors with loaders to feed cows... or the older 7000 10, 20 or 30 series tractors, as that is what I run on a daily base Northern Alberta farmer Ethan
Hello. Good wibes from Europe. From Estonia. How do you remove rear chopper gearcase without breaking it peaces? So far i broken 2 gearcases to remove them from shaft. And also the bearings what does not have grease fittings also big failure %.
Quality of farm equipment and Cars and trucks all are poor at best. Greed or "Market Share" is thier word has put quality in the back seat. Just passing the cost to the customer.
I’m curious Zeth..what would you guess that unload auger weighs when it’s filled with grain while unloading? That’s some impressive engineering to not have that entire unit sag considering it’s 31 feet long, and maybe only a dozen bolts holds the entire unit in place.
I bet those farmers are glad you showed up.
I enjoyed every moment of this video. It was so much fun!
It just surprises me that there is so much new equipment that has problems, I’d expect the old equipment to be breaking. Love the vid!
"Bathtub curve".
deere is crap is why
@@2007dalin other brands are the same, its not just deere
Enjoyed viewing multiple machines with different issues in one video. You make it look easy
All the things you need to know to keep the green iron moving. Have a great week.
Another awesome vid! Keep the deere's running!
Awesome video, ZK MASTER TECH .I'm glad you're back and doing great. Thanks for sharing ✌️ 🇺🇸
Still can't believe the amount of weight hanging off that long unloading auger with wet corn!

Der neue Werkstattwagen mit dem Kran hat deine Arbeit sehr erleichtert, oder 🇨🇭😇
Sir which type of 90° joint is used in the auger of grain pipe

Nice Vid!

MIssed ya big guy
John Deere does not tight the bolts propperly in the factory?
Good morning
Ask if they have UA-cam channel as I think they have not long had that x9 and thought they said something about Sloan!
Not Atrippyfarmer on UA-cam
Do you guys over in the States not use Anti-Seize ?
Maybe this is a dumb question, but why would you have so much experience on an obviously common problem with a brand new $800,000 piece of equipment?

Mid rollers probably were frozen in place during the winter.
Past almost 2 years I always wanted to know what does The Z stan for in Z Tech🤔🤫😊

👍👍👍
Has Deere quality really gone that far downhill that newer equipment needs all that repair work done to it?

John Deere 8235R has low cab power, 7130 will not move, and a 8R 410 has a coolant leak.

I haven't been able to get a chopper gear case off either without breaking it because that spacer inside welds itself to the shaft.
I've only pulled one off though and the bearings were smoked.
Alsome job
Ya better tell him to start looking for a new truck Ram ain't going to be around much longer
Добрый день, подскажыте греица джон 8335р мотор тир 4 нагрузка показует 50% а температура 95,98,100 что может быть??

I would guess around 3,000 lbs
Of course, you gotta put it in all the way or it don't work as well 😅😅
